The Disunited States of Trump
CBC ^ | 11/09/2016 | Harry Forestell

Posted on 11/09/2016 6:31:47 PM PST by Phlap

... This morning, I woke my daughter to tell her what had happened. That the world she felt comfortable in when she went to bed had shifted on its axis and this morning was a very different place. That my assurances the American electorate was too mature, too sensible, to elect a demagogue and serial prevaricator to the most important political position in the world, were in shreds.

I live in Washington state, just south of the Canadian border. As it rained today, I imagined every raindrop as a liberal tear.

Made my day...

How about thinking of the blood of Christ, washing away the sins of all who are willing to be clean?

All day long I’ve been hearing: “Be civil. Don’t rub it in. Don’t make the poor hurt lefties feel bad. We’ve all got to come together....” ad nauseam.

Well, screw ‘em. If they want to be a bunch of violent, sore-ass whining losers, we should at least be allowed to laugh in their faces and call them a bunch of infantile losers. If they don’t like it, they can move into outer space with Cher, or jump off the nearest cliff.

You look at county maps, most of US is red. Just the large cities. I bet they’ve been real quiet about their voter fraud.

We need to demand voter ID!

And any alien who votes gets sent back!

Funny, I didn’t hear that refrain in 2008 and 2012. In fact I recall one person ranting about how the Government was going to pay her rent and give her a cellphone. I felt like they rubbed Obama, McCain, Moosechille and their off spring in my face. I recall that Obama said that he would win without one blue collar vote in 2012. I felt horrible that my country had elected someone who probably had more experience jacking off then actually running anything besides his mouth. I’m sorry if I don’t wanna set by the fire and sing Kumbaya, no I’m not really sorry. What I’m sorry about is a president who worked so hard to divide and conquer my native land, and then when it works hes wringing his hands and scowling like a lobster is hanging off his man fruits.
Peace ? Conciliation? Concession? Sorry I’m fresh out.

The only reason people post this crap here is to get a rise out of people like you and me. I know, I don’t have to read it but if it wasn’t here in the first place I wouldn’t be tempted.

I’ll go you one better. I think it is perverted to wake a such a daughter with a discussion he knows will ruin her morning. He needs to find the emotional support he needs from an adult, not a child. Child abuse is correct.

“That the world she felt comfortable in when she went to bed had shifted on its axis and this morning was a very different place”

That is academy award deserving drama right there.

(not to mention that the guy is a douche for putting HIS fears of what might happen onto his daughter)

Harry, you should’ve used contraception and never have brought your snowflake daughter into this world. You yourself, Harry, should’ve been a genetic dead end, whose seed should not be allowed to continue.

The most amusing part of this liberal's angst-ridden diatribe is, that she was eminently correct!! The American electorate *was* too mature, and too sensible to elect a demagogue of the worst stripe, and serial prevaricator. I refer to one Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is, in fact, both those things, and completely corrupt in the bargain...

They can tell their children what their parents should have told them - “Grow up or you’ll become a whining moronic emotional cripple that disgusts normal people....”

The irony here is his 14 year old daughter will see what a dufus her dad is. It might be the first time she questions his judgment but woun’t be the last.

First Brexit, then the Cubs, and now this. How many seismic shifts can the world withstand in one year?

More to come, canuck.
