When Podesta came out, PA had been called, for some time, by AP. Conclusinve over the top came less than an hour later. The press has conveniently forgoten about Camp Crooked coming out and refusing to concede.
She said we have a constitutional democracy. It’s a constitutional republic, dearie. And it makes a very big difference.
Yeah but the networks hadn’t called PA yet. They made a point of saying Podesta’s remarks were before the race was called.
AP, RCP, NPR, NYT had all called it but the nets held off.

You may be correct as to many of the Clinton criminal violations.
IMO, however, he will do something significant if he wants federal, military and NY city and state law enforcement to hold him in high regard, or even to respect him.
Both Mr. & Mrs. BJ have done some ugly things that have not been on the nightly news.
From MSNBC... it was reported that Carl Quintanilla of CNBC (remember him from the Republican debate?) had observed traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange loudly booing and shouting, “Lock her up!” during her speech.

I have been as snarky towards him as he has been towards us, but let’s just enjoy the day. I liked his remarks about the sun coming up because I remember feeling like it didn’t 8 and 4 years ago. I also liked his analogy of the relay race.
I was very pleased with his remarks - best remarks I have ever heard from him in my book! He was magnanimous and gracious and his comments along with her speech will hopefully suppress the flames that are burning today on their side.
I am smiling from ear to ear and everyone else should be also. Think back 2 years ago and the two speeches (or remarks) we just heard from Clinton and Obama seemed too good to be true. I will admit - she seemed like the inevitable nightmare for me up until about 6 months ago - even then, I said yesterday morning that I was 60/40 she would be elected, but I was happy that I thought Trump had a decent shot.
Enjoy this - there is a time for reckoning later. Let us just savor this day!!!!!!!!

I’m sure you are correct. Can’t think of any other explanation for the sudden delay in reporting the count.
