FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.
Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

“Does that mean that only emails directly from her or to her from 2009 to 2013 were examined? Does that mean other emails to and from staff or emails to or from PIAPS from 2013 onward were NOT looked at, regardless of pertinence?”
The words were carefully crafted, reviewed, and approved only after careful dissection by the best legal minds DOJ has. Thus the limitations on “all of the communications” to specifically those “to or from [Mrs. Bill] while she was Secretary of State” would mean yes to both your questions.
Barring mass resignations in the FBI tomorrow or video of Hillary having sex with an underage girl, she will “win” on Tuesday by stealing the election.
One of Trump’s central themes is that the system is rigged. Will an FBI announcement that they reviewed 650,000 Hillary emails, some of them classified (in eight days!) and found nothing incriminating help Hillary? Or will this be taken as further evidence that Trump is right, which will motivate those who support the rule of law?
An added thought: If it wasn’t criminal for Hillary to store them on a pervert’s unsecure computer, then it would not be criminal for patriotic FBI Agents or NYPD officers to leak choice tidbits either. I hope they have been reading/searching enough to know what to leak (within the law, of course!).

Agree, her hard core voters will be happy , most people will be “no way they could investigate 650K emails in one week, what a sham” . And it keeps the email issue in the headlines.

While it would have been lovely had he came out and said she is being recommended for indictment, I’m not so sure this actually will help her.
While the media will of course be dancing on their desk, it also means the last day of the campaign will be spent again talking about her and the FBI in the same sentence.

Coming is making a fool of himself and the FBI. One can’t just do a “word search” in reviewing emails. To comprehend a message, every single word needs to be read by a human being, not a computer. Meaning can be expressed in a myriad of ways. To say they reviewed 650,000 messages in one week means that Comey has no respect for his country or for the American people. He’s got to think in sending this letter our that Congress and the American people are dumber than dirt. If he was threatened, he’d protect himself best by spilling the beans widely that he’d been threatened.
Remember when Obama was all happy and confident and said Comey was a man of character. He knew then. There was never an investigation.
FBI takes months to review 30,000 emails the first time. FBI takes a few days to review 650,000 emails this time and concludes that, yep, she violated national security for sure, but she’s too stupid to have intended to do it.
The e-mail portion of the inquiry is probably the least part of the grief that is to come.
The investigation of the international tentacles of the array of shell corporations surrounding the Clinton Global Initiative is a much more certain prospect of obtaining an indictment against Herself, Slick and the Spawn, one that will stick, and is subject to the RICO statutes. Having a series of similar shell companies did nothing to save ENRON in the end, did it? Ask Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling.

Every federal agency just oozes corruption under Obama, the FBI included.
What about the reports about up to 100 FBI agents who were ready to resign? What about those subordinates who walked by him at FBI HQs and refused to acknowledge him?
Did they do this because: (1) they disagreed with his decision not to prosecute; (2) they thought the FBI’s investigation was weak and that the FBI should have sought and obtained more information; (3) both?
It is hard to believe the Comey’s two-step (now complete) will do anything to put down the intra-FBI mutiny, if it exists.
I wake up this morning reading, "Obama encourages illegals to vote," and now this. . Man o' man. . If Trump doesn't win on Tuesday. . .
The term for cops on the take (bribes, looking the other way re. crimes, etc is “dirty cop”.

Should be no surprise, Obama & the Dems at the very top, have corrupted pretty much every Govt institution.
Short of a Trump victory and the Repubs getting a long overdue transplant of backbone, the USA becomes as corrupt a tin pot dictatorship as any other corrupt 3rd World country.
This will be the last election and the extinguishment of the Repub Party if the Dems win. And if they do win, it will be the vote fraud that clinches their victory (and America’s defeat).
And we will have a criminal who is President. The FBI director: “Well, I just reviewed, very carefully, the 650,000 emails during my lunch break and I see no crime, hear no crime, speak no crime...sez the dirty cop.
