It is too bad that Rovin did not specify the type and extent of Hillary’s sexual exploits. He should also name names.

Prosecution of a case like Epstein’s would normally be a state affair, and this explanation would fail Occam’s Razor as stated.
“Don’t rat on me” insurance? Again seems dubious. There’d be nothing to rat on but the rumors that everybody already knows.
The only thing I could see is an expression of personal domination over the Clintons. But they haven’t been acting like that either.

“Rumors that everybody knows” and pictures, video, or direct email exchanges are two different things.
Years back, a biography of Hillary revealed she’d had an ongoing affair with Vince Foster; it said she and Bill double dated and mate-swapped.
The book even contained a photo of HRC and Foster smooching, with Bill snuggling a woman (Foster’s wife?) nearby.
There was also a lot about Hillary’s staff ransacking Foster’s office in the wake of his death.
I think it was Hell To Pay by Barbara Olson, who subsequently died on 9/11
in one of the planes.
