When Weiner ran for mayor he agreed to allow a film crew to film his campaign. And then the story of Weiner’s sexting scandal broke and the film crew was right there to film the whole debacle for weeks. In that scene, Weiner is talking about strategy for the campaign while the TV is showing news reports - including (censored) porn photos Weiner had sexted to whoever - and Huma is livid at her husband for doing it. It’s as if she’s saying, “Really? Really? You were really THAT stupid?”
