Is the FBI or the NYPD investigating Weiner’s sexting? If it’s the NYPD,they may have pushed Comey against a wall with what they discovered. Even the NY branch of the FBI might have told him to get with the program or they talk.
No kidding, if his FBI is in open revolt and leaking all the Clinton sludge right out the back door.
First I've heard of that. Can you provide a source? If true, there is no longer any doubt how deep the corruption runs. The US top prosecutor taking the fifth? Is that even legal?

Just disgusting that destroying evidence would ever be a part of a deal. What does that have to do with granting immunity? Is there any other case where granting immunity included destruction of evidence?

She simply declined to testify to Congress about one particular subject. Some have characterized that as "taking the fifth".
