A Retired FBI Agent Addresses James Comey on the Hillary Clinton Investigation
The American Thinker ^ | 10-25-16 | Hugh Galyen

Posted on 10/25/2016 3:14:02 AM PDT by afraidfortherepublic

Mr. James Comey, Director Federal Bureau of Investigation J. Edgar Hoover Building 935 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W Washington, D.C.  20535-0001

Sir,

I am writing regarding your public statement in July, 2016 informing the American people that the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton was being closed without referring it to a Federal Grand Jury or the Attorney General of the U. S. for a decision whether or not to indict her. Strangely, you eloquently laid out enough of the evidence deduced from the investigation to strongly indicate there was abundant evidence uncovered during the investigation and interview of her to not only indict but to convict her in  Federal Court. However, you personally  re-worded and soft-pedaled the actions she took as Secretary of State describing her actions as "extremely careless” in using a personal email and un-secured server for her communications while Secretary of State. You rewrote the statute, which is not your job.

As a retired Special Agent of the FBI, I have standing to write this letter. My thirty years in law enforcement, including 22 years as a Special Agent with the FBI have given me the knowledge, expertise and experience to question and confront you for your perplexing actions, which (as you well know) were outside the normal standard operating procedure of the FBI and Federal judicial procedures. Some of the finest people in the world proudly carry the credentials of FBI Agent and you have soiled them and not allowed them to speak. But I will not be silent.

Here's the clear truth:

... MS Clinton was not merely careless or extremely careless. She was not even negligent or grossly negligent (as the statute requires). Hillary Clinton was knowingly purposeful in her decisions and actions to set up a server under her exclusive control and possession in order to control what information was available to the American public and Congress regarding her actions as Secretary of State. Furthermore, she took those government owned communications into her personal possession after leaving her position and knowingly and willingly attempted to destroy them so her nefarious actions could never be known or used as evidence of her corrupt moral character against her.

“Worth going to the link to read the whole thing.”

No it’s not, IMO. Is it good? Yes. Is it spot on? Yes.

But given the environment in the DC swamp, no one is going to read it that cares much less take any serious action.

Now if Trump gets elected, then we have a chance. But until then, just get used to the idea of more lawlessness from our very own banana republic.

THWAP! That leaves a mark all right! Sad that is even had to be written, for it demonstrates in plain language what a reprobate and scoundrel Mrs. Clinton is (and always shall be..)

. . . there was abundant evidence uncovered during the investigation and interview of her to not only indict but to convict her in Federal Court.

I disagree. Any prosecutor in Obama's "Justice" Department would have been trying to lose the case, and Hillary would have been acquitted. Even with an honest prosecutor under President Trump, at least one juror in twelve would side with Hillary because she's the First Woman, regardless of the facts of the case. There was not enough evidence to convict Hillary or any Clinton, and there cannot exist that much evidence. Even DNA proof of perjury is irrelevant with a Clinton, so why would electronic proof of Clinton treason be any more convincing?

Hillary still should have been charged and tried, even though the prosecution would have failed. At least then the FBI would not have been delegitimized by her evil.

It left no mark on Comey. I’d be surprised if he even saw that letter. Just turned it over to the Clinton Foundation for their hit list.

Comey is a Dirty Cop. If Hillary wins, patriots like this Agent will be hunted down or worse. Trump must win or many Americans are going to be treated as the enemies of the corruptocrats running the US government and destroyed for daring to utter the truth.

If I were Comey I’d be pissed at the Clintons. I’d be pissed that one of my underlings got 500K and not me. Wonder what Comey sold out for.

He asked Comey: “How do you sleep at night?”

People like him sleep well at night. No conscience.

“How do you sleep at night? It is time for you to go and work for the Clinton Foundation.”

This retired FBI has it wrong.

Comey sleeps fine at night because he is already working for the Clinton Foundation.

Yoo, hoo...Mr Comey....over here.

=======================================

After Comey exonerated her a WIKILEAKS BOMB showed Clinton Camp Discussed Deleting Emails Despite Knowing It Was Against the Law
Gateway Pundit ^ | 10/12/2016 | Jim Hoft / FR Posted by God luvs America

A new Wikileaks email revealed Hillary Clinton confidant, Phillipe Reines, discussed deleting emails despite knowing it was against the law.

Clinton later deleted over 33,000 subpoenaed emails.

Reines discusses strategies they can "use…as the excuse" for not turning over all her emails despite receiving a subpoena......

============================

MEMO TO COMEY ......this shows intentionality - well above recklessness....

Unquestionably An OPSEC Violation:
Clinton Sent US Operations Info To Podesta’s Hacked Email

......the main point here is “Hillary was sharing US Gov’t secrets when she was no longer an employee of the US Gov”......

CUE LAUGH MACHINE Did the FBI know evidence surfaced that neither Hillary nor her key staff signed the official State Dept exit form required upon termination of employment?

The cunning Clintonids didn't sign off b/c that would have cutoff their access to classified and other State Dept info......info the greedy Clintons and their cronies use to cash-in.

==============================================

L/E should determine if Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Sid Blumenthal and other Clinton cronies are listed asState Dept employees---perhaps as contractors--- and are receiving classified State Dept mail and cashing US govt paychecks.

REFERENCE Brian Pagliano---billed as Hillary's personal IT--- left her employ then surfaced on the public payroll as a State Dept contractor.

======================================

Taxpayers demand to know who else among the Clinton cronies are cashing US govt paychecks. It's an old bureaucratic trick for a politician to hand-pick top aides and put them on the public payroll long after you think they're gone. Who might still be cashing State Dept paychecks?

<><> Hillary?

<><> Bill Clinton?

<><> Sid Blumenthal?

<><> Huma Abedin,

<><> Anthony Weiner, Huma's soon to be ex?

<><> Cheryl Mills?

<><> Cheryl mills' live-in David Domenici?

<><> Chelsea Clinton?

<><> Chelsea's husband?

========================================

FREEPER ACTION NOW---CONTACT CONGRESS HERE: http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

Demand Congress send you all available information on individuals connected to Hillary still cashing US govt paychecks.

In light of the $6 billion that went missing from the State Dept's contractor fund when Hillary exited, taxpayers demand to know who is listed as a State Dept contractor....and whether they are receiving classified State Dept info.

I have never seen a US government so thoroughly corrupt. The Republican establishment shares the blame because they are complicit. If Trump loses, I hope that a second party emerges. We, in effect, have only one party now.

This. Tired of opinion writers, talking heads, Monday morning quarterbacks, radio-talk show bloviators, Rush Limbaughs and the like all yapping about what’s wrong and what should be done... and getting nowhere.

Besides pumping up themselves, making names for themselves, none of these guys have accomplished anything.

It’s all down to Trump and getting out the vote. Yapping about all the corruption is pointless at this point.
