Trump critics call for crackdown on conservative media
The Washington Examiner ^ | October 24, 2016 | Rudy Takala

Critics of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on both the left and the right are calling for a crackdown on conservative media after the election, especially on talk radio and the Web.
.
.
.
"We need to get to a point where Hannity only has paid contributors on. He doesn't need to have elected officials on," Mackowiak said. "Someone needs to be making sure that if you want to go open $50,000 [in ads] on Breitbart, that there is, that you get a phone call that follows that up and makes clear you're not helping."

Exactly - they want to stomp out the 2% or so of so-called “conservative media” so they have a 100% lock.

My take on this article is that pseudo conservatives like the Glen Beck anti Trump crowd and the leftist/Communist politicos are nothing but a bunch of stick up artists crying for the disarmament of police and convenience store owners. As with the Sullivan Law in New York, it was enacted to stop the citizens from shooting back at the gangsters.

Matt Mackowiak, Republican president of the Washington-based Potomac Strategy Group

Make note of that name and that group. They need to be destroyed both politically and professionally.

Matt Mackowiak, Republican president of the Washington-based Potomac Strategy Group, advocated for more proactive measures. "You can put pressure on advertisers and corporations that run them. You can directly or indirectly limit the access of elected officials to them.

In other words, the GOPe, the Beltway Political Class and the UniParty want to return control into safe hands, THEIRS! Donald Trump was NOT my selection of choice AND I still fear that he magnifies his gaffes rather than moving on from them BUT, and it is a VERY BIG BUT, he is the ELECTED GOP Candidate!

Now, IF he had committed anything close to the numerous CRIMES of Hillary and the Clinton Foundation, I would stand back, BUT HE HAS NOT! The tidal wave of negativity that is generated by the entrenched power mongers MUST BE RESISTED!

Stand UP and DO your DEPLORABLE BEST - Return Hillary to Bill with postage due!

I wish everyone would go to the source article and post a reply to the neverTrump poster in the comments section.

I’m driving a semi at the moment, and had to pull over to type this or I would raise hell with him...

How do they propose to “crack down” on something that is perfectly legal?

By going after advertisers and supporters.

By going after any elected official who dares to appear as a guest on an alt-right show.

By going after anybody who posts or comments positively on an alt-right forum, if their real-world identity can be discovered.

The Establishment will go completely Stalinist against Trump supporters.

Hitler killed a lot of my ancestors. My grandparents made it out after grandfather escaped the concentration camp.

Propaganda got Hitler to power. Alinsky style mocking those who disagree helped. He ended up being “legally voted” in. How is this ANY different? I hate to use the Hitler comparison, and we don’t have the camps yet, but owning the state police, check. Colluding and corruption? Check. Owning the media? Check.

We are not on the road to individual freedoms.

“How do they propose to “crack down” on something that is perfectly legal?”

When has “legal” ever stopped them?

And hasn’t Beck & Co. - in addition to licking Cruz’s Tony Lamas during the primary - spent the last 18 months calling Trump every derogatory name imaginable?
