(Vanity) Texas early voting report
Me | 10/24/2016 | Me

Tried to early vote in Texas today. First day of early voting, not expecting large crowds.

Closest location is in Pasadena a Houston suburb. Middle class refinery workers mostly, large Hispanic population. Get to polling place and have to park 2 blocks away. The line wraps half way around the building (I estimate 200) people. I talk to someone in line and they said they had sent someone out to report that it would be a 3 hour wait. Very few minorities in line. Looks more like a Garth Brooks concert line. These people are not voting for Hillary.

Decide to go to another location instead of waiting so I go to Clear Lake (home of NASA) and find the same situation. Still no noticable minority or hispanic population in line. Left there too (I am not a line waiter). Again, based on stereotypes, no Hillary voters here either.

I go to another location in a predominately minority area (Cullen street) No lines and I easlily find a parking spot. Go in and find a line about 20-30 people long, 100% Obama's people (no Trump voters in this line). Waited about 20 minutes and got my straight Repub vote entered.

Despite the phony polls, Texas was never even going to be close for Hillary, but based on the enthusiam I saw today I am pretty sure it is going to be a Trump blowout (at least in Texas).

Curious what everyone else is seeing in other states.

My husband and I voted at 10AM in Brevard County, Fla

Continuous, steady line of people...
...the guard on duty said voters were lined up at 7:30 AM to enter....
....this is our first day of Early Voting

Outside the voting place there were MANY Trump signs.....

NO Hillary signs

“Curious what everyone else is seeing in other states.”

Outer Banks NC. Very long lines for early voting at the Baum Center, Kill Devil Hills. Lines out to the parking lot and beyond. Did not stay will vote on regular 11/8 date. Been voting here since 2000 and never saw it like this. Houses that had Zero signs in 2007 and 2012,none for Hillary this go around.

Just remember, the only way dems can win is by cheating. Deep down, they hate this reality and it only makes them want to cheat more. As you can see, the moral life of the progressive is a downward spiral.

Over time, some will eventually follow their conscience and turn from their ways. I hope all of them do.

Questioning your ‘liberal’ observation

Austin is liberal, yes, but the small towns around it aren’t necessarily
I would say Pflugerville is more farm area

Why do you assume the line was liberal?

Obama is smiling when he hears of the suffering in the oil states. That bastard would have had a full blown depression in his lousy economy had it not been for the independent oil producers that propped it up through fracking and their wits.

He couldn’t stand that, so he wrote a provision into the disastrous Iran nuclear deal that lifted the embargo on Iran’s oil production. This broke the oil market that already had an over supply because of his sluggish economy. So now our oilmen are hanging on by a thread and Texas is trying to get on its feet. Every last oil field worker, petroleum engineer, refinery worker and their families should vote against Hillary, because she will only be worse for their battered industry.

This is so confusing. All I’m hearing from FOX all morning was Hillary has this thing sewed up and Trump is sinking fast. Hill has over 300 EVs. Trump has no chance. The Dems are going to “swift boat” Trump. Then I come to FR and see report of long lines of early voters and this is going to be a “blowout”. What can we believe? I’ve been so positive to this point, but what I’m seeing today is making me nervous. Can anyone imagine having to face a Trump defeat? Hillary is never going to be well enough to be the president, which means that all of obama’s cabinet and appointees will still be working to bring down the U.S.

We’ve no empty corrals; in fact (LOL) no corrals here at all. It will be interesting to see what we will find on 11/8. Small town and poll office, a large population of elderly, white farmers, and presumed to be illegal Hispanic population As the area grows with new residents and homes, this past year, the voters in number and party will be much different. Voter fraud in the county adjoining, Tarrant; will the same be found here? To vote in person on VOTING DAY is a responsibility we attempt to uphold.
GOD Bless America!

There are thousands of Mexicans who will be illegally voting in the sanctuary cities of all border states, canceling out votes of American citizens. Pray that Trump will win and all of the foreign voters will be GONE by 2020.

Tsunami level turnout in Pflugerville, which leans liberal.

Williamson County? Not hardly.

People in the city that fled the hell-hole of Austin may lean liberal, but Williamson County is hardly liberal. It went 59/38 for Romney and 57/37 for Cruz in 2012.

Of the people that voted straight party, it was 63/35 Republican.

In 2014, Williamson County voted 59/38 for Abbott, 62/33 for Cornyn, and 62/33 for Carter:

I don't know what voting precinct comprise Pflugerville, but you can find precinct-by-precinct results at the second URL.

Texas was never in play. The poll showing Hellary was leading was a intentionally taken in Houston (Sheila “don’t you know who I am” Jackson Lee) and at a liberal university with white undergrads at 42%. It wasn’t valid. A total joke the msm gobbled up hook, line and sinker.

Good to read your report. NC is going to be THE crucial state, it seems. That’s why Hillary was in Raleigh yesterday breaking election rules by being inside the designated space for campaigning at a polling place.

Go early voters, go! Vote Trump!

Romney won by 16 points in Texas. It just doesn’t seem at all possible for it to be ‘in play’.
