GOP JUDGE PAVES ROAD FOR THOUSANDS OF POTENTIAL NON-CITIZENS VOTING IN KANSAS
Conservative Review ^ | 10/20/16 | Daniel Horowitz

Despite news percolating throughout the country about non-citizens registering to vote under loose Motor-Voter practices, the courts are refusing to allow states to verify citizenship as a condition for registering to vote. Yesterday, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district court’s injunction against a Kansas law requiring those registering with federal Motor-Voter forms to show proof of citizenship. The original injunction forced the state to register 20,000 individuals who failed to show proof of citizenship.

Now, that number could rise to 50,000.

“GOP judge is either GAY or being BLACKMAILER or he is a Democrat in Pubbie clothing....which is it?”

Still don’t get it? The GOP is in on all the nonsense we see. It truly is the uniparty, heck the GOP treatment of Trump should be proof enough of their deeds.

All of the ruling class are trying to stop Trump. In order for them to retain money and power they need to keep the status quo. They all fear what will happen if the light is shown on their treasonous activities.

What would the Sons of Liberty do to this judge? I am just asking.

This may affect the next election, but I don’t think it’ll have an impact on THIS election, because registration is closed and the mail ballots are just now being mailed out.

I do know people who ARE citizens, and who don’t have the money to round up the money for the documents, or even purchase an ID. They aren’t voting. They want to but can’t. Still, if the door is opened to them, how do you stem the tide?

I don’t believe ILLEGALS should be allowed to vote, OR to participate in any of the benefits of the nation that citizens can receive. There has to be an incentive to for them to become citizens, come in legally. If they break laws to get here and then are rewarded for it, no wonder lawlessness is taking over!

Why work for an A if a D will do???? That’s what communism does. It is a motivation destroyer, a destroyer of nations.

Sometimes I feel so defeated and frustrated. You know, you work hard all your life to do the right thing, and someone breaks in your back door and walks away with everything you worked so hard for, with out consequence to them..and you have no justice. Despicable Democrats and Communists.

Whether you realize it or not you are quoting Democrat talking points. I am not sure what you are talking about? All you need to show you are a citizen is a copy of your birth certificate. In our state it costs $20 to get a copy of your birth certificate, in Kansas it costs $15... what does it cost where you live? In our society if people are not responsible enough to be able to save $20 or $15 for a birth certificate maybe they shouldn't be voting in the first place?

Folks this is a depressing thought that I probably shouldn’t mention, but even with a landslide DJT election victory the corrupted Federal judiciary will continue to deconstruct the Constitution and wreak havoc upon the country.

We are the only nation in the world with these stupid voting laws. Even Mexico requires a photo ID to vote.

Election fraud has no other purpose except to ensure the election of puppets who will enable America’s enemies to destroy the country.

I wish the governor of Kansas would tell the “judge” to screw off and say, “We are a sovereign state, and we run the elections here in our own state, not you federal aholes.”

Oh I so wish Brownback would do that. While Sam has done some good things for this state, he has run in to a wall when all the local medias gang up on him. They will trot out victim after victim and fear to counter his policies.

The frustrating thing with him and the Republican leadership in Topeka is they will back down to the media pressure. It's so sad a few people in each newsrooms get to manipulate what gets done in Kansas.

I've said it before here, our local medias are some of the most corrupt organizations we have in the state. They were responsible for helping to put the corrupt Sebelius in power and they won't be happy till they get another like-mind to run our state as governor.

They were responsible for helping, along with the DC establishment, to defeat a solid conservative in Huelskamp. (FWIW,I refuse to vote for Roger Marshall as he will just be another DC establishment politician since that is where much of the money came in to defeat Tim Huelskamp. I'm supporting Alan LaPolice as he is running as an independent but is a solid conservative. I hope my fellow Kansans give him consideration as well.)

While Brownback has done some good, he needs to grow a spine and tell these liberals/progressives, especially those in the media, to stick it where the sun don't shine. People here really need to ignore our media as well and tell them where they can shove their agenda.

Yes, I have a similar situation. My little town is on the up and up but I know a couple hours south of me, isn't.
