Trump needs Ohio and Florida. But the big prize is Pennsylvania. I know it has always been a big tease for republicans, but it could happen this time.

Hillary has no shot without it.

Major bellweather as we all know. You can’t tell me he’s ahead in Ohio but behind in FLA and NC.

FL I don't know about, but it is hard to imagine him being up in OH and behind and NC.

Stop right there. After 8 years of The Architect the GOP was left in shambles. He also called for a possible Romney landslide in 2012.

Yes. The GOPe is run but the Bushes. When people talk about "the establishment" they could save some ink and just write "the Bushes". Rove is a Bush guy through and through. Romney was a Bush approved guy so Rove carried the water for him.

In this election, the Bushes are supporting Hillary Clinton. Period. They've either refused to support Trump by remaining silent or they've flat out said they're voting Clinton. They want Trump to lose. Rove is still a Bush guy. Pay no attention to anything Rove says, he's following orders to undermine Trump. If the numbers are good or bad for Trump, Rove is going to say the same thing: they are bad for Trump. Pay him no mind.

How come none of these Poll experts like Ed Rollins or Chris Stirewalt talk about the rediculous D+8 or +9 sample turnout & they keep saying TRUMP is probably down 5 to 6 points? WTF??

You could probably choose them both. It would make sense given the question.

You’re still listening to the enemy? Those guys have a vested interest in a Trump loss and will do everything they can to depress the Trump voters.

DAMN THE TALKING HEADS, FULL SPEED AHEAD!!!!!!

It’s possible Trump is ahead in Ohio and down in NC. Blacks in Ohio were 11 and 15% of votes in 2008/2012 while NC was 22% both times (ie Ohio is whiter than NC)

Good trend. Come on, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Colorado, Nevada. I believe Trump’s got Florida, NC, Arizona.

Rush mentioned this NBC poll on the first hour of his radio show today, but he never mentioned that it over samples dems nor did he mention that the guy conducting the poll works on the Hillary campaign.

Rush never mentioned this Ohio poll nor the LA Times / USC poll, nor any other poll that had Trump tied or slightly ahead.

In the finals weeks of a national campaign, I always say that it is more important to see where candidates are spending their time and resources than to look at the polls.

Over the next two days, Trump will be spending his time in Wisconsin and Colorado. Both states that Romney lost by 6-7 points in 2012. Both these states would be pickups for the GOP.

Now Trump is announcing that he will pour resources into VA - another state that Romney lost in 2012.

I turned on Rove hard after he worked to undermine Thea Party candidates in 2010 and then helped strategize how to diminish the movement after the election,

In this election the Republicans, not the Democrats, have the enthusiasm.

It won't look anything like 2012.

You sure like to post negative posts about NC!

Romney took NC, Trump will most certainly do as well
