The US is a target rich in a cyber war. If this happens I just hope Putin's counter attack focuses on the leadership and its propaganda arms and leaves the rest of us alone.

I would suggest backing up IP addresses of your most important sites.
Can you imagine what would happen if the “Russians” took down DNS just a couple weeks out from the election?
My, oh my! You’d be stuck with only traditional media, who would of course fill the bandwidth with 24x7 coverage of the ongoing Cyber war. It would completely silence those untruthy alternative sites, just as Obama said we need.
It is meant as another distraction, and a major one, away from Wikileas, to give Hillary talking points with which to smear Trump, since she has been trying to set up the narrative that Trump is colluding with Putin. However, she does run the risk of exposing the fact that the Russians could have also hacked her private server, and probably did, along with all the other major nations. And it risks giving Americans the idea the Wikileaks are entirely true.

What kind of idiots would announce to the world something like this? Oh, yeah... the O administration. Unbelievable.
Hard to figure out what is really going on here.
Why is Obama publicly threatening cyber war against Russia. If he wanted to wage a successful cyber war against Russia, he wouldn’t threaten it publicly.
Why is the reason being broadcast for this threat that Russia is interfering with an American election, i.e. Russia is making cankles look bad (if they were the ones behind the wikileaks releases)? Is the US public okay with going to war with Russia because Obama’s favorite candidate was embarrassed?
