On July 5th, 2016, FBI Director James Comey announced to the world that Hillary Clinton would not face criminal repercussions for her private email server. Many thought Clinton was home-free, ready to race for the White House and declare herself president. Yes, the FBI investigation into her email server was over, but as Ed Kleins new book, Guilty as Sin, reveals, there is another FBI investigation of Clinton brewing, and it is going to be a lot harder for her to shake this one.
The Associated Press, not exactly a bastion of conservative propaganda, reported in late August that more than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state gave money—either personally or through companies or groups—to the Clinton Foundation.
That is not all. The Associated Press also revealed that at least 85 of 154 people from private interests who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Clinton while she led the State Department donated to her family charity or pledged commitments to its international programs.
The world was finally wising up to Hillarys games, and the Associated Press Story lit a fire under the FBIs ongoing investigation into Clintons pay-to-play practices at the State Department.
A retired Justice Department official told Klein, As soon as he got win of the AP story, Comey called a meeting of his top deputies. He ordered his deputies to redouble their efforts to uncover the link between Hillary and donors to her family foundation.
Guilty as Sin breaks this investigation wide open as it reveals, In particular, the FBI is trying to determine if Hillary had a separate and secret schedule of meetings with foreign governments and private industry figures who were making sizable contributions to the foundation.
Secret, hidden meeting schedules? That sounds like something that might be in an email someone would want to delete. No wonder Comey instructed his deputies to comb through the nearly 15,000 work-related emails that Hillary Clinton initially failed to turn over to the State Department.
It is not illegal to give special access to donors, but it is illegal to use that special access to pad your own pockets and the pockets of your donors, which is what the FBI is investigating in this case. Look at the Canadian businessman who, after donating millions to the Clinton Foundation, was allowed to sell 20 percent of the U.S. uranium capacity to Putins Russia. That sounds profitable for him, and the Clinton Foundation.
The FBI is not done with Hillary Clinton, and just like we waited for the results of the email investigation, we will wait for the results of the investigation into her pay-to-play practices. Let us hope that this time Hillary wont get away red-handed. Ed Klein lays it all out it
N word Please
They will never prosecute the President... of either party. We’ve clearly seen that there are two sets of rules.
Thanks! HSBC, wasn’t it?
No special prosecutor.
Blatant disregard of our laws.
50 billion loaded on a plane in cash and dropped off to terrorists trying to build nukes to kill us.
I’m not putting much hope in this investigation.
Comey mustn’t get upset when folks call him a weasel - he IS a weasel....
Hillary Clinton and Soros
And now, it appears that the FBI has become what it was intended to work against. Time to disband the agency and start over. Not with this president, but if/when we get a decent American in the office...
The new investigation will have the same results as the old Hillary investigation.
Yes, I believe the FBI is investigating. How else is the FBI suppose to find and destroy any evidence against the hildabeast to prevent future risks?
Uranium One Company chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations, as well.
============================================
The NYT report noted that these uranium investors
also donated to the Clinton Foundation, as follows:
<><> Canadian Frank Giustraglobe-trotting pal of Bill-donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One. Seems to have facilitated the uranium sell-off.
<><> Canadian Ian Telferdonated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.
<><>Paul Reynoldsdonated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.
<><>Frank Holmes-donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.
<><> Canadian Neil Woodyer-Founded Endeavour Mining with Giustradonated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One.
<><> GMP Securities Ltd.-Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One. (could also be part of the money-laundering apparat---aided and abetted under cover of the "do-good foundations.")
Screw the un American FBI. They had the ball in their very hands and they passed. They don’t matter any more.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev greets former
president Clinton (L) in Almaty on September 6, 2005.
CIRCA 2015 A Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times reporter claims that former President Bill Clinton falsely denied hosting a meeting with Kazakh officials when she tried to write a story that involved his foundation several years ago.
Jo Becker, who works on the newspaper's investigative desk, said Clinton only confirmed the meeting took place after she informed him there were photographs.
Clinton's role in a deal that involved Kazakhstan, the Russian government, and a man who donated millions to the president's charitable foundation were detailed in a story Becker published on Thursday.
That article revisited some of her earlier reporting and included information from the upcoming book "Clinton Cash," which is generating widespread headlines amid a flurry of reports suggesting it will raise serious questions about Clinton's family foundation.
The donor in question is Canadian mining executive Frank Giustra, a longtime friend of the former president who has given tens of millions to the Clinton Foundation in the past few years. (A couple of hours after the NYT story was published, Giustra issued a defiant statement. We've included that below.)
Becker initially wrote about the February 2007 meeting between Clinton, Giustra, and executives from the state-owned nuclear company Kazatomprom in 2008. The gathering took place at Clinton's home in Chappaqua, New York.
"When I first contacted both the Clinton foundation Mr. Clinton's spokesman and Mr. Giustra, they denied any such meeting ever took place," Becker recalled in footage aired by Fox News on Thursday.
However, Becker said Clinton and Giustra both changed their stories after she confronted them with evidence to the contrary.
"And then when we told them, 'Well we already talked to the head of Kazatomprom, who not only told us all about the meeting, but actually has a picture of him and Bill at the home in Chappaqua, and that he proudly displayed on his office wall.' They then acknowledged that yes, the meeting had taken place," Becker continued in the television interview.
The purpose of the meeting, then Kazatomprom President Moukhtar Dzhakishev told The Times, was to discuss Kazakhstan potentially buying a 10% stake in Westinghouse, a US nuclear company. Becker's 2008 story also noted one of Giustra's companies secured a deal to buy uranium deposits from Kazatomprom in 2005.
That agreement was made after Clinton accompanied Giustra on a trip to Kazakhstan. During the trip, Giustra and Clinton met with Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Clinton issued a public statement praising the Kazakh leader despite his questionable, antidemocratic record. The Times called the praise a "propaganda coup" for Nazarbayev. (he later "won relection" w/ an unbelievable 90% of the vote)
"Just months after the Kazakh pact was finalized, Mr. Clinton's charitable foundation received its own windfall: a $31.3 million donation from Mr. Giustra that had remained a secret until he acknowledged it last month. The gift, combined with Mr. Giustras more recent and public pledge to give the William J. Clinton Foundation an additional $100 million, secured Mr. Giustra a place in Mr. Clintons inner circle," wrote Becker and another reporter, Don Van Natta.
A spokesperson for the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership told Business Insider they are "working on a formal statement" in response to a request for comment on Thursday. Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership is an initiative of the Clinton Foundation that was cofounded by Clinton and Giustra in 2007. A Clinton Foundation spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.

Clintons surrendering US land to Russians, Uranium for speaking fees!
What you say is true. But you have to admit that no one is perfect. They did a bang up job on David Koresh along with the infants and children at Mount Carmel [Waco]. Also with Randy Weaver's wife at Ruby Ridge. and do not forget Richard Jewell in Georgia. As you mentioned, they do have their warts. But, in their defense, they have had their shining moments also. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Richard Jewell, and last but not least the FBI Agent in Kentucky that murdered his informant after getting her pregnant.
Cover Up Comey will continue serving the will of his corrupt political bosses.
Can we all just stop wasting time posting any more stories about FBI “investigations” against the Clintons or any other democrats? We all know nothing’s going to happen. There is a different set of laws for them than the rest of us. It’s better that we all come to understand that instead of becoming frustrated with the double standards.
Yes, understood. But I included those instances you mentioned under my “haranguing those who.....”
AFAIK, the FBI is nothing more than a toned down Gestapo to me.
If you want to know about the FBI, all you have to do is watch that diversity “Quantico” show and know that none of the ideals it purports to portray are real.
Obama was cashing in along w/ the conniving Clintons. It is impossible to believe Boobamba did not know of the Clintons' buck-raking pay-to-play schemes. He has top level intel fed to him daily----and cannot pretend he did not know the Clintons were jerking around US foreign policy when the price was right.
