maybe the police can solve some unsolved crimes by reading the obits.

That improvement will begin to improve the possibilities of unemployed youth to find jobs; the chance of those who want to start small businesses to do so--even get financing;--the moral compass of people learning the psychological benefits of having a more purposeful existence, in developing constructive senses of responsibility.
The Left has been systematically demoralizing the Black population since FDR. Trump has the right approach to reverse that destructive trend. The key, again, is to calmly and deliberately reverse the policies based upon the Left's hatred of American values--that is to reverse all that motivates Obama & Clinton in their war on heritage.
Cultural difference I suppose... My Wife and I teach my kids to be positive, how to overcome tough decisions and hard tasks. How to be responsible. Respectful. We’re training them to be confident. We make sure they have a relationship with God.
Thinking of how you someday want your life remembered is one thing, but writing your own obituary in a manner that is based on an assumption of irreversible victim hood? No. A self-defeating mindset is a cancer.

My dad was a lawyer. He told me, if you’re ever pulled over by the police, just say, ‘yes sir, okay sir,’ etc. Do whatever the cops say. Be polite and respectful.
If there is any unfairness, or whatever, you challenge it later in court.

I believe that before the ‘Great Society,’ Black Americans had stable families, with present fathers; they owned businesses, etc. The fathers were role models for their sons and kept them from joining gangs, etc.
Teenage boys need a father.
It’s amazing how much effort and money is put into something that harms 10s of non-criminals a year and at most 1000 criminals (being generous with 10s and 1000).
And it has the effect of causing fear in 10s of 1000s of people they claim to want to help as well as other problems.
If the same effort and money was put into education, parenting skills, job training or many other areas it could help millions of people.
Some people have tried to say recently, BLM is about more than the actual deaths, but the life that led up to the death. But, all the effort seems to be focused on the few deaths rather than the many lives that could be improved (and a few would live in the future because of it)
