This idea will be immediately dismissed in some quarters as just another conspiracy theory concocted by the vast right wing but it is not as far-fetched as it sounds. Several items lend credence to the idea that the IRS has once become an arm of the political left targeting conservatives.
Could it really be just coincidence that Hillary Clinton focused on Trump’s failure to release his tax returns, surmising that the reason might be he hasn’t been paying any taxes, just days before the New York Times printed pages from his 1995 return showing a loss that “may have” allowed him to not pay taxes for the next 18 years? Was this Hillary’s “October surprise” for Trump?
Here is what Hillary surmised during the first presidential debate:
So you've got to ask yourself, why won't he release his tax returns? And I think there may be a couple of reasons. First, maybe he's not as rich as he says he is. Second, maybe he's not as charitable as he claims to be.
Third, we don't know all of his business dealings, but we have been told through investigative reporting that he owes about $650 million to Wall Street and foreign banks. Or maybe he doesn't want the American people, all of you watching tonight, to know that he's paid nothing in federal taxes, because the only years that anybody's ever seen were a couple of years when he had to turn them over to state authorities when he was trying to get a casino license, and they showed he didn't pay any federal income tax.

These were NEW YORK STATE tax documents, weren’t they? I guess the IRS may have leaked them, as sometimes state taxes are part of the filing process for federal.
But I would suspect the corrupt New York state officials of this action.

The only problem with the massive Clinton-Obama-Democrat criminal corruption is that no one ever is held accountable. No one ever is indicted or goes to jail.
A few thoughts on Wiki Leaks.
Assange has been turned into a weapon to be used by whoever sends him information. The information may already be edited before he gets it. Although this has worked in the favor of conservatives this round, it may not next round. The liberals will have plenty of time and money to create false information and then launder it through Wiki Leaks. What is happening here is very dangerous. This is the true double edged sword that cuts both ways.

Nothing in them that Trump didn't talk about at the beginning of his TV show, that Trump didn't write about in his book, and that the New York Times didn't write about 20 years ago. Same deduction that the Clintons and the New York Times have taken.
Yes they are. Kudlow was on Hannity yesterday and I caught most of it as Kudlow went into the who, what, when, where, why, of the Tax Code change post 86' that allowed DJT to utilize this loss carry forward.
I didn't get it all so I won't bore you with the details if I don't have them down pat.
But....
MY CPA gnome has been reading Hillary's tax returns and found references to holdings in "Huffington" ( Huffpo ) and some foreign income that was interesting while she was SOS.

I hope someone in the Trump campaign is making a list of all the illegal crap that is going on and preserving evidence and, not only will the officials get fired, but prosecuted.

I was thinking about this in the context of the 'Rat support of massive, unchecked, illegal immigration. If the 'Rats destroy the Republic bequeathed to us by the Founders, what will they replace it with? Two choices come to mind. The first is an ochlocracy, which will keep the 'Rats in power forever because the illegals will overwhelm the system with their votes. The second is a dictatorship, in which the illegals, in league with the radical militants already in place (imagine Black Panthers at polling places with clubs, BLM, SJW, Occupy Fill-In-The-Blank), keeping the populace in line with thuggery, threats, and murder.
I have no idea if they were or not, but a reader in the reply section says they were.
