The problem is that the Obama administration has made it OK for left-leaning government workers to use their powerful positions to attack anybody on the Right. No instructions needed, no Emails, no recorded phone calls. Just go ‘lone wolf’ and attack where you can.

The next administration will face a near-impossible task to stop this. In a NORMAL world, it would start with the threat of firings with the loss of pension rights for transgressors.

True. Lying is in her dna. That is what surprises most people, not that she lies, but the ease in which she does it. If you watch her it is just a natural expression. It is nice conversing with you, My FRiend

Was Hannity correct yesterday in saying that the Clintons also used this NOL feature of the tax code, writing off a $600 million loss LAST YEAR? If so, Trump jolly well bring this up on Sunday or we will suspect he is actually Hillary’s stalking horse.

So, Hannity must have talked with Kudlow on the same subject as he did with Eric Bolling and Anthony Scaramucci on lat night’s show.

Yes, they took the long view and were patient. This is a quality that conservatives seem to lack. We tend to think short-term. I guess its the spillover from the business model practiced in this country: get the short-term gains, grab the money while you can, make hay while the sun shines and other platitudes. The 'Rats knew they could not play the short game, and so took the long view, taking over the educational system, infiltrating the media culture, controlling the language and the national narrative. They didn't mind slowly cooking the pot, taking 40 or 50 years to reach their goal as long as in the end they swept the board. We're now in a position of trying to buck the inertia of a movement that is national, even global in scope.

Just look at the present election as an example. The polls show that 70% of the public thinks the country is headed in the wrong direction, but are poised to elect a political animal who represents precisely what has put us on that path, the one they say they are unhappy with. It isn't enough to say it is madness, it is a pathology that goes beyond insanity.

The mischaracterization of the loss deduction as “no taxes for 18 years” is astoundingly misleading. Losses can be carried forward. Tax is paid on net income, and for corporations, losses are matched against income, not only in the current year, but in the carryforward period.

Donald lost $1 billion that year—actually the business was failing for a while, and the realization of that loss came in 1995. Since then he’s been successful. If he’s earned more than $1 billion cumulatively over the last 20 years, which seems highly likely, then he’s paying taxes because his total income over the period is positive. And, if not, so what?

The focus should be on who leaked this to the NY Times, if indeed it wasn’t someone associated with Trump. That’s a crime.

Drudge headline this morning is “Wikitease”.

Under the most optimistic scenario, I don’t expect anything Wiki has to sink ILLary .... Trump needs to do it himself & he needs to get ON with it & stay out of the “Bill is a rapist” gutter. ILLary is the one running & sure, she enabled Bill & further damaged his victims, etc etc, but that is not going to win the election against her. Letting ILLary head fake away from all her considerable “crimes” against America & humanity with the tax returns won’t win it either.

As for Wiki, I’m sick of the spin. Put up what you’ve got now or shut up, Wiki.

Some democrat operative copied the forms, knowing full well that she/he/it would never face the consequences. It is a crime.

I don’t give a rats ass about Donald’s taxes. So he lost his own money.<

I do care about that witch using our .gov against the American people and whoever else might piss her off. Must be nice to be able to use drones and hit men to spy and knock off people at her leisure and not pay a price for it.

Did Weaponized IRS Leak Trump's Tax Returns?
Yes.

Whether that can be proven or not, does not matter. It happened, and the IRS has debauched its own reputation - so if they deny it, if anyone denies it, “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

Same thing with Filegate; Hillary hired Craig Livingstone. Anyone in the Clinton White House who runs for office, hired Craig Livingstone - if they stayed in the WH after that affair, and with nobody - not Livingstone, not anyone - in the WH paying for it, then they are guilty of it, in principle.

No republic can survive the destruction of its civil society and rule of law. The democrat party works to obliterate both.

So good it should be repeated.

er, if you missed it, they were leaked.

so “he should not now” doesn’t apply anymore.

And we all knew it was going to be hacked or leaked.

It was a mistake no matter what you say and tradition means something. The majority have put their taxes out there.

It’s over and I dont think it will doom him, but OF COURSE he should have gotten it out there like he did with all the women stuff and gotten it over with.

What is your reason for disagreeing besides “he doesn’t have to”

We DONT have to do a lot of things in life but we do them.

These were NEW YORK STATE tax documents, weren’t they?

NY, NJ, and CT.

I guess the IRS may have leaked them, as sometimes state taxes are part of the filing process for federal.

No, you don't include a state return with your federal tax return.

However, some states require a copy of your federal return to be filed with your state return.

It has to do with how state income tax deductions are handled. Your W-2 and 1099 forms detail how much state and local income tax was withheld. That's deducted from your federal return as a payment in that tax year.

If you get a refund of your state income taxes, that's pushed into the next tax year. And, you get a 1099 from the state, so you include the refund as income the next year.

All this speculation about the federal IRS is stupid: the federal IRS doesn't have state tax returns.

So the question is: who has access to all of Trump's state tax returns? It's unlikely that three different state revenue departments were compromised at the same time.

People at the IRS should go to prison.

It won't happen even if the culprit stood up and jumped up and down and claimed credit - look at Lois Lerner and John Koskinen. Even if Trump wins, I doubt anyone will be held accountable and if Madam Hillary Benghazi steals the election, the corruption in the IRS will triple.

MY CPA gnome has been reading Hillary's tax returns and found references to holdings in "Huffington" ( Huffpo )

That would be extremely interesting if it was before they were bought. I remember the buyout being completely baffling at the time because it was $330M in cash by AOL, a company that had been just re-spun back off of Time-Warner because they had cratering revenue and no assets and no business plan and no hope.

What is it about Zsa Zsa's domain name makes it worth that amount? They don't even have "employees," just content contributors. It smelled like Democrat payola at the time, this would be the missing piece that connects it all together.
