Just yesterday we wrote about an FBI investigation into potential voter fraud in the critical swing state of Virginia after it was revealed that 19 dead people had recently been re-registered to vote (see “FBI Investigating More Dead People Voting In The Key Swing State Of Virginia“). While the Washington Post caught wind of the investigation, it was not known who was behind the operation…until now.
Meet, Andrew Spieles, a student at James Madison University, and apparently “Lead Organizer” for HarrisonburgVOTES. According to the Daily News-Record, Spieles confessed to re-registering 19 deceased Virginians to vote in the 2016 election cycle.
While this should come as a surprise to precisely 0 people, Spieles just happens to be Democrat who, accorded to a deleted FaceBook post, apparently recently ran for Caucus Chair of the Virginia Young Democrats.
It’s too bad really, sounds like Spieles had all the right “special talents” required to be very successful politician…he just forgot the most important first rule: “Don’t get caught.”

This brings up an interesting scenario. If you found out the 19 were fake and bogus....would you arrange for a couple of cops to be there at the voting station, and as each of the 19 individuals arrived to “vote”...would you have a cop arrest them on the spot, and do formal charges?
Comey and Lynch competed to hire him to fix the election.

Oh you are confused. Had they been alive, they DEFINITELY would have voted for Hillary so why are we discriminating against the dead when it wasn’t their fault they died and they couldn’t vote for Hillary. Why are you taking that away from them? Man you are a cruel individual. ROTFLMAO. If it weren’t so absurd it really would be a laugh. Don’t be surprised if one day that will be the excuse for dead voting....discrimination.
Sadly, states require that as soon as it is known a voter is dead they must be removed from the “roster” for their precinct. When the fake voter arrives to vote one of three things would happen:
(1) The fake voter would be informed he is not on the roster and can’t vote in that location without a same-day registration requiring some form of ID.
(2) Or, the fake voter would be instructed on how to find his correct precinct.
(3) Or, failing (1) and (2) the voter would according to law be turned away without consequences.
The above is why the Democrats claim there is no voter fraud. The voting rules hide the fraud.
Sounds to me like little ‘Andrew’ should spend some time in a$$banging jail.

Even the dead deserve representation. Who will speak for the dead if Hillary isn’t elected? By the way, if zombies arrive at the polls, do they get to vote without an ID? And, who will speak for the living dead? The trade-off, of course, is that the unborn get screwed if Hillary gets elected. We have no one to speak for the unborn which is one good reason why we don’t need Hillary.
Virginia law explicitly prohibits an individual from soliciting multiple registrations from any one person or intentionally falsifying a registration application. Violations are punishable as a Class 5 felony. Va. Code § 24.2 - 1002.01.
Any willfully false material statement or entry made by any person in a voter registration application constitutes election fraud and is punishable as a Class 5 felony. Va. Code § 24.2 - 1016.
