It’s going to be a 2004 election.

“Tim Kaine isn’t helping Hillary hold the Old Dominion State.”

Pence needs to bring up the following questions in the VP debate with Kaine:

1. Did you resign from DNC Chair to allow Debbie Wasserman-Shultz who was Hillary’s 2008 election campaign chair to assume the position and assure Hillary’s victory in the 2016 primary? Was your being the VP the Payoff?

2. Was your being selected as Hillary’s VP a result of the influence by Terry McAuliffe being on Hillary’s VP selection team and a result of his loaning Hillary $1.3 million to purchase Hillary’s Chapaqua house?

2. Did Terry McAulffe’s influence on Hillary have anything to do with the shady deals with Hillary’s brother Tony Rodham and the fact that he raised Chinese money for McAuliffe’s green car venture

3. Did Terry McAuliffe discuss his plan with you regarding a frame up of former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell so he could step in as Virginia Governor?

4. Were you involved with the Chinese Billionaire Wang Wenliang Trying to Buy Hillary Clinton and Terry McAuliffe?

5. Do you regret being an active part in Backing Terry McAuliffe’s Doomed Car Company when you helped the investment firm that backed a struggling electric car company then headed by current Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe shortly after state officials criticized the company’s business model as overly reliant on political connections.

6. Do you regret being a part of the deal that helped a company named Loral Space get seats on official trade missions, and, reportedly with McAuliffe’s intervention, the Clinton administration overruled national security officials to approve a Loral deal that gave China critical missile technology. Loral’s CEO became the largest donor to the Democratic National Committee, where McAuliffe became chairman.

7. Senator Kaine, do you regret being involved with the Pay-to Play EB-5 visa scandal? By early 2013, at least 31 Chinese had received green cards through the McAuliffe/Rodham EB-5 operation. (Keep in mind that, in China, there’s no real distinction between the Communist Party, the government and the business elite.)

Gulf Coast attempted to acquire an EB-5 visa for a Chinese telecom executive linked to the Chinese government. Zhenjun Zhang, the Huwaei Technologies executive who coordinated with Gulf Coast, was accused by former CIA Director Michael Hayden of “providing sensitive information about foreign communication systems to Beijing,” according to one report. Yet Gulf Coast still made a pay-for-visa deal.

I am so sorry, but I have to do it. I have to quote Chico Marx, “Aw, you can’t fool me, there ain’t no Sanity clause.”

“Pennsylvania would be such a hole amidships she would go down very quickly after that.”

If Pennsylvania and Virginia flip to Trump other states will as well. Having lived there I don’t think NJ is as deep blue as the demonrats think. I could see NJ voting for Trump. As weird as it sounds, I could see Massachusetts flipping as they will elect more liberal Republicans from time to time and Trump is from the NE. I realize polls don’t show this but I think that Trump energizes non-voters who may not have voted in a long time. Depressed demonrat vote and an elevated first time voter turnout for Trump might swing a state like Ma or NJ.

Wisconsin and Michigan are also possibilities

Two Buck Chuck?!?

You’re not the first person to suggest that to me...I hate to admit it but one of the few areas in life where I am a snob is wine. I have not traveled the world, so I like to buy wines from other countries in the hope of some vain connection. Sad, but true. I’m sipping Australian Shiraz right now. G’day, mate.

Although I didn’t pay THAT much more than two bucks for it. I think it was $8.

I was trying to find the latest news on all these developments at the DU but I couldn’t find a single reference to any polling whatsoever not even debate polling. It’s as if they covered their underground with dirt.

Yes Virginia.

That’s the surprise on this list.

Black vote for Trump may be making the difference. Also Dem voter apathy caused by Clinton.

I agree with you. I lived a long time in MD and I think the same political climate that got Hogan elected is still there and could get Trump elected.

or it could be that people are concerned about putting a Hillary sign out for the public to see.
I dunno, just based on my admittedly unscientific observations, my job has me driving all over west central FL. I've been in Dem leaning neighborhoods in FL such as St Pete, Clearwater, the Sulphur Springs and Ybor City sections of Tampa, Dade City, supposedly the most democrat city in the state and other such places and even in those areas I'll see quite a few Trump signs. Yet I can count on one hand the number of Clinton yard signs and bumper stickers I've seen.

Same here in mid Virginia. I took a 200 mile drive through the Shenandoah this past weekend. Saw hundreds of Trump sign (huge 6x4) signs. In that drive, my wife and I saw 1 hillary sign and 1 johnson sign.
