If presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton slips into a coughing fit or any other medical crisis during Monday's high-stakes debate, she will have to power through, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned!
"There are no commercial breaks," a commission source explains. "Period."
Debate moderator Lester Holt does not have the authority to cut away from the stage during the epic 90-minute showdown. And microphone audio for either of the candidates is not to be manipulated.
Clinton has experienced severe coughing episodes throughout the election year. During a Labor Day campaign stop she suffered a 4-minute choking marathon.
Monday's throwdown could top out at 100 million viewers, making it the biggest political event in history.
EDITOR'S NOTE: The presidential debate commission settled an early flashpoint when Clinton demanded a step-stool at the podium to add height to her 5'4" frame. Campaign Chairman John Podesta expressed concern that Hillary would be dwarfed by 6'2" Trump. The request was quickly rejected. The commission is allowing for a custom-made podium, which will accommodate the difference in stature.

Sure it will. Height is a variable that makes a visual impact. That's why the rats demanded the equalizer. Height equates to power, authority. Someone you "look up to."
But all will not be lost for the rats. I predict that the camera will avoid catching both candidates standing at the same time. They will show closeups of one, then the other, but not both. They will not show Trump towering over Hillary.
Funny, but could animations like this please be put on a delay and carry a *strobe* warning or else be linked? I’m sure we have folks w/vertigo and epilepsy/seizure disorders here. I do not, although I have had episodes of vertigo in the past and I quickly scroll past anything that strobes just so the vertigo isn’t inadvertently facilitated. Some gifs of complementary colors create a vibration where the color edges meet and these also can cause, at the least, nausea in some viewers.
BTW, if anyone does anything meant to trigger Hillary’s disability and it does and is ever found out, the backlash will be against our side. Careful what you wish for.

nah, what this does is put more pressure on her. She gets all the scrutiny for a change, rather than Trump.

That would seem a foolish gamble to make her appear frail. It’s lost her votes, from her drops in the polls since then.
How does one NOT take a coughing break?
This makes no sense. If she’s coughing, how can the debate continue. She’s not going to be speaking if she’s coughing and Trump won’t be speaking while she’s coughing.
Way to sound tough with no coughing breaks, but it’s meaningless.
You have to stand the entire time and there are no cough breaks?
That will be death to Hillary — she has been falling recently and may still have brain injuries, and she may as well be a coughing machine — one couldn’t cough ore.
So she’s denied a stool but gets a custom podium to make her look taller? That’s even better.
Now, if her podium has more height, does she still need the stool in order to get up there? She needed a stool to get into her vehicle before it was customized for her.
The Democrats used to have a ‘prankster’, Dick Tuck, who was in charge of tricks on Republican candidates and campaigns. One of his tricks was to turn Nixon’s campaign slogan, “Nixon’s the One” against him by printing up posters and buttons that featured a very pregnant woman saying “Nixon’s the One.”
I think it would be interesting if every Republican attendee at the debates took their smart phone out and took a flash picture of Hillary when she speaks. Let’s see the reaction, eh?
Are they going to have arm rests on Hillarys custom made podium?
That’s what I was thinking, it would be hard for a lot of people to stand on a stool that long. Hillary wouldn’t make it. If she want to look like the poor little grandma victim she’d be better off looking short, so I guess she wants to look commanding.
A raised podium for Hillary?
A six inch lift to make her appear 5’-10” tall...hmm...will this have OSHA & ADA mandated handrails and a ramp? A six inch step up requires a six foot long ramp as a minimum. 1:12 ratio.
Or perhaps a hydraulic stage lift to have her rise to exactly the same height as Trump.

Trump can be all concerned by asking, “is there a doctor in the house?” It’ll be great.
