I am leaning ever more like 50/50. She can’t skip them all but one or two would not surprise me.
I use the mute button all the time on the “progressives” and I don’t care who it is. I am just not interested listeningg to their lies.
Few candidates feel compelled to deliver on campaign promises anyway, especially reform. American campaigning and governance have now morphed into perpetual spin, a cynical PR ritual. Nonetheless, most aspirants are still expected to make politically correct noises to get nominated...
Sadly that is politics in the past 30 years as I've seen it. My family is not much for TV watching and media. Prior to this election cycle I've known very little about Donald Trump and nothing about the reality TV and other media ventures. If I'd been asked 18 months ago to discuss Donald Trump all I could have related was that I saw in tabloids at my Grama's that he was a big NY businessman who divorced Ivana (?) for someone named Marla (?) who seemed like a bimbo. Never knew if they married etc...not interested.
When he announced his intention to run it sounded like a joke. But, I have listened to this man. He says a lot I agree with and respect. He shoves his foot in his mouth sometimes but I can relate to that. Based on his speech and arguments, I like this man better than Reagan. I don't know if he's the kind of person to follow thru or not but over the past months I've come to have some trust in him. Maybe I'll be disappointed but even so, I am a CONSERVATIVE woman and I will never vote for Hillary.
His legacy will be that he is the worst president in the American history!!!
The only important thing from this "debate" will be whether Trump comes out looking "presidential". If the general perception is that he is, Trump will win the election handily.
You must remember that many voters only know Trump from what the Dems and Dem media has described. An unfit racist who will start WW3. The same thing Reagan had to overcome in 1980.
Oh yeah: "Kelo ruling" will be brought up".
I've been knocking Hitlery on several threads today, must just be a gripey day for me, but I'm going to add another thing about her that really irritates me about her. It's trivial. I'm a female. From Texas. Y'all all know how she puts on that fake southern accent when it suits her? Well a real southern lady does not stoop to rudeness to gentlemen of any kind who perform services for her. Nor is she rude to assistants. I know, there are ladies in Secret Service too. I live in the 21st century too but I just cannot tolerate that woman's faux southern gal sham while being an incredibly ill-mannered rude beast. /end stupid pet peeve.
Besides my pet peeve, there is nothing about her policies that would be good for America.
Interesting. Need some popcorn to watch all the lies, uh, i mean excuses, unfold for that one.
I do know an elderly lady, frail and 93 but of good sound mind, who is probably going to make her decision based on the debates. She can’t see well enough to read. Is sharp enough of mind to know the media is biased, but she does not know for whom she will vote yet. She has based her votes on debates in the past 2 presidential elections. Sharp as a tack too.
Looking "presidential" doesn't mean how his suit fits. It means knowledge, demeanor, etc.
Fair enough. Often it’s used to just mean demeanor.
Yea, remember how Biden beat Eddie Munster just by laughing at him?
And Democrats/media can’t control the narrative with Trump in, especially as his conservative policies start to show big results.
Trump is a happy-day, Clinton is a doomsday.
She has no guiding political philosophy? I don’t know, she could vote for a dem one time, and then a pub or whatever based on debate performance?
Freegards
And that's why she has no events planned this week...No doubt Hillary and the moderator are going over the questions and attacks that will be leveled at Trump...
LOL!
Anyone who has not decided between Trump and Clinton at this point probably cannot decide whether to put salt, sugar or nothing in his coffee.
At age 93 I don't think anyone would be going to the trouble to read and watch all through this political cycle if they had no guiding political principles. I'm thankful she still cares enough about the future to make the effort, her husband and only child have both passed away in the last few years. She's seen so much change in the political parties in her life, and so much that she sees as misbehavior by politicians that she is no longer sticking with "her party."
She's a very private person. I'm trying not to go into details. I could give you the list of details about why *I* am pretty certain she'll give us a vote for Trump. She does NOT think ANY woman should be president, BUT we need Trump to not have any comments that would have been seen as vulgar in pre-1980's America.
I hope Donald Trump reads this article before the Debate.
