Balfe was a d*mned fool. No contract, no paper trail, no leverage. Beck probably wins this one no matter how much of a look he is.

And that is some of his better qualities.
I would add obsessed to the point of madness as well.
He is a guy with potential but he’s wasted every ounce of it. I wouldn’t even hire him as a grocery store clerk. I hope he’s got someone managing his money because I can just see him completely broke by age 60.
This is typical manic-depressive behavior...plus Beck may be given meds by his doctor which can really screw up an individual. It’s sad. I saw my husband go from top-of-the-heap to the gutter.
For some reason, nothing gives me more schadenfreude than hearing about the misfortunes of Glenn Beck.
IMO, he is clinically insane.
I’m not seeing a legal cause of action for the suit Beck vs Balfe. On the other hand, it would be hard to imagine something I could care less about.
Beck seems to need some kind of epiphany about reality every day which may send him off in a new direction where nothing except the newest insight matters. Plus he is not the master of his emotions.

Oh boy, is schadenfreude a mortal sin? How about über-schadenfreude?? the ultimate would be if Trump financed some top pitbull lawyers for this guy suing Beck.

If it’s Beck’s solely owned company doesn’t he have the right to drive it into the ground? What standing does the plaintiff have for suing him?
