Nice jacket he has.... Last time I saw one like that was a Doctor Who episode.

If they wanted to be truly politically correct, the vast majority of the crew would be either Chinese or Indian.
Every other major population on Earth will either have been bred out or turned into technologically backward Muslims incapable of space travel.

perhaps it is the PC fiasco they have recently suffered.
PC kills franchises.
PC = lost profits.

You would have thought after Star Trek Enterprise they would try to do better. They could have done a lot more with Enterprise. I LOVED the 50s-retro, clunky, gray sheet-metal feel that the tech had at first.
I am watching a lot of TNG on BBC America right now, and once in a while I run across an episode that I never saw when it was running. AWESOME one today, 'Ship in a Bottle', revisiting the sentient holodeck character Professor Moriarty, with nested illusions of reality. Thoroughly enjoyed that.

True, that. The more you use a medium for ‘social justice’ preaching, the less of an audience you’ll have.

Until this no one thought they could do worse. A reminder that Hollywierd can ALWAYS do worse!

I bought the extra commercial free option with Hulu as well. Best money spent.

The Good Wife was an excellent show. Heres hoping the spinoff is as good.Agree, though the Alicia character wasn't so interesting in the last season.
I look forward to the spin-off.
And, Diane (Christine Baranski) is VERY easy on the eyes.

Each episode will be on Netflix the day after it airs.

Not surprised ST:Discovery will be delayed. It's the middle of September and they don't even have a cast yet. The preliminary ship design was a failure with the fans and is being redesigned. Those two facts alone would make a January debut highly unlikely.
