Donald Trump, a master showman, surprised the "Dr. Oz Show" studio audience on Wednesday by revealing the results of a recent physical exam.
The "Oz" episode, taped on Wednesday morning, will not air until Thursday. But a campaign spokeswoman confirmed that Trump handed Dr. Oz a one-page summary of the physical exam he underwent last week.
The physical was conducted by Dr. Harold N. Bornstein, the same doctor who previously said Trump would if elected be the healthiest president in history.

He is??? I always thought he was a Clinton supporter. Ok, good, sounds like he is voting for Trump.
Bornstein is also an Internist. Nothing unusual about that.

Most physicians are internists with a specialty such as oncology, cardiology, hematology, endocrinology, gastroenterology = they do a routine physical and refer to a specialist or treat a condition within their specialty.
From prior work experience in medical practices.

The physicals I get as retired military consist of a PA looking at my blood work for 15 seconds and going, “You look OK”. If the PA wants to look extra thorough, he/she will pretend to listen to my lungs for another 15 seconds.
Including small talk, my physicals last about 5 minutes...and I haven’t seen an MD since I retired in 2008.
Mine does. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

When (not if...acutally they started already) bashing Dr. Oz, I wish the media would call out the liberals by them bashing a person of Middle Eastern Decent. Isn’t that what they do to Trump all the time? Oh bash Kelly (deservedly so) and Trump is bashing all woman. Says truth about the Kahn’s...oh Trump is bashing Muslims. Why on Earth doesn’t the liberals get the same treatment. I’d love the front page of every newspaper tomorrow to say:

Went to see my orthopod recently because my knee was bothering me. First visit in four years. First thing I noticed is that they have gone from one doc and one person on the front desk plus one x-ray technician to one doc and five clerical employees. They gave me 27 pages to fill out, mostly history info. Put my name, dob, address and phone number on the first page and wrote N/A in big letters on all the rest.
Was informed by the gal at the front desk that they couldn’t see me unless I filled in all the pages. Tried to explain that nothing on any of those pages has anything to do with my knee to no avail. Cancelled appt.
Found a great orthopod that sees only private pay. Intake form is one page and requests biographical information and description of presenting problem. Also, new doc is in practice by himself and has one clerical employee plus an X-ray tech. It’s great.
My doctor is an oncologist, but I've never had cancer. Not yet. He does routine practice in addition to oncology.

That’s exactly where some commentators on the left are going. The say that getting a physical from a specialist begs the question as to why he needed a specialist. Never mind Hillary’s secrecy which she will get away with unless she drops dead (a significant possibly).
It would be a tie....both would win one competition. Trump would win running up the stairs, but Hillary would roll down the steps faster than DT could run down the steps.

I’m pretty sure any MD is qualified to perform a routine physical.
I was envisioning the candidates traditional jog through a park, media jogging along. Shorts, jogging pants and sneakers . Maybe Trump could even allow her to pull along her oxygen tank?
Hillary would win the drop to the ground part in a heartbeat... the rest....
