Sounds like San Francisco or Seattle
Living in rural Minnesota you never actually see public urination-a ditch with tall grass hides any emergency situation. Even that is for true emergencies-it’s just not done unless you are out working on your own property.
First and only time I’ve ever seen anyone urinate in public was while we were walking back to our car from the Metrodome-a fat white woman dropped her pants and peed in the ground level of an open stairwell. This was in the early 2000’s-wish Minneapolis was still as clean as you remember it from the 80’s!

you should smell their subways/underground near city center. THAT is a gigantic indoor urinal.
Was there in March. Wow, and the graffiti in the city... everywhere, even on ancient monuments.
Paris is a pit.
It isn’t on the news. Probably won’t be.
If you get downtown early enough you have to step over the homeless sleeping in the parking lots and alcoves along the streets. If you walk in mid-town early in the AM same thing. Especially around the bus stop. They have to have somewhere to go.

They’ve kicked out the French Jews for the most part.
Ah, the joy of phonetics :-)
very much like san francisco
I do not know what part of New Jersey you are talking about. Most of the state is quite beautiful. You do not want to generalize like a typical liberal referring to “flyover country” do you?
Ya can’t win {:-)
