It still is a very strange handling of he case. If she has an ongoing pneumonia and suddenly collapses, it is certainly a hospital case. Yes, it may turn out to be nothing but an orthostatic syncope, but that ought o be a diagnosis after other more serious complaints have been ruled out.
I think those doctors who mentioned the poor quality of care Hillary appears to receive will have some comments, although no longer at CNN.

If she has pneumonia and collapsed due to dehydration, she most definitely should be hospitalized and receive IV fluids.
Back in March, I felt crappy. Had the shakes, my legs ached, had a bad headache, and I felt like my vision had blurred. After almost two weeks, and two visits to my doctor, I finally went to the emergency room. They told me that my Potassium, magnesium, and sodium levels were very low, and immediately admitted me into the hospital where I stayed for three days. They filled me with bags and bags of fluid, along with super doses of potassium and magnesium.
I have had pneumonia several times. That’s not the symtems of pneumonia at all. That was a seizure. Notice how the woman in the video behind her has her hands against her back to keep her from falling backwards. That is how a seizure does. The body stiffens and the victim falls backwards.
What else occurred on Friday..she had her lil celebrity event where she called Trump supporters “Deplorable” so let me get this straight, diagnosed with Pneumonia on Friday..is taking medication, but is able to go that night to a celebrity gathering and trashing Trump Supporters, I saw that video, we ALL did, she didnt look sick, in fact she never even coughed
People on their death beds often get pneumonia.

hmmm? It does raise an obvious question - at least to me. How did she get pneumonia? People that get pneumonia are usually already pretty sick. I know there are exceptions to this. But her doctor throws this out there like it is sort of routine.
