In the case of modern politics, often it is a matter of lies or misunderstanding.

Although again Barack Obama has done enough nasty things to be worth protesting.

He’s black. He will be suing, and the team will buckle and apologize.
I’m through with NFL.

Conviction better than protesting as many laws he’s broke he could be a Clinton family member.

Air Academy Federal Credit Union, which mostly serves members of the military and their families, announced on social media Friday that it was ending its five-month relationship with Marshall.

Excellent.

Of course teams can release the players..

YES, of course they can. It simply comes down to what it's worth to the team to dump the player.
I wonder what his contract has about that.
You KNOW that very smart contract attorneys have put their heads together and have come up with AIRTIGHT contracts.

That what they DO.

Sure. More likely, a better approach is to treat people not to be ingrate a-holes, which runs counter to liberalism, and some people who are contrary for its own sake.

And also requires a definition of “bullying”. To snowflakes, giving them a dyspeptic look is “bullying”.

What was spoken of here was far more than “dyspeptic looks.”

Involuntary fealty is not fealty.

Clearly, the NFL has no real objection to these antics or the message they send. Otherwise, this cr@p would have stopped the day after PaperDick pulled his stunt.

Right on. I sent a thank you message to the Air Academy Federal Credit Union for taking this stand and dropping their sponsorship of this bozo.

NFL charges astronomical prices for tickets and then allows this b.s.? No more Negro Football League for me. I’ll be doing something else this season. Lots of more rewarding pastimes available.

This all helps Trump as Americans see how unpatriotic the Left is.

And now a few football fans are boycotting because a very few football players are protesting when the vast majority of players are acting just fine.

I think that the reaction is to the league's apparent inability to control the behavior of its players during playing of the national anthem.

They will quickly find out that most NFL fans are also quite patriotic, and they will feel the hit in their wallets very quickly.

THEN they'll wake up and do something about it.

This is the anniversary of 9/11, for God's sake!

Vote Trump!

Then the NFL needs to enforce the law. US Code 301(c) governs standing for our anthem.

It really is something to see everyone on a military base standing at attention or standing still for our national anthem.

I think social shaming is just fine. Too many in society feel that judging people is somehow wrong. We don’t do enough of it.

I don’t recall speaking of violence. Possibly you have me mixed up with another poster?

Because I don’t, and never have advocated violence for something like this.
