Threads based on articles containing misinformation that people may fall for and that could cause a stampede of embarrassingly misinformed comments are supposed to be clearly marked as such by the original poster. Violations can be reported by clicking Report Abuse. I reported one a few days ago and the management quickly locked the thread. If you check the main list of forum topics every few minutes, you will frequently see very short-lived threads that are pulled for redundancy or for being nonsense.
I always melt when I see the thatched cottages in the country with those magnificent gardens.
I lived in Lake Charles for about 3 years when I was young. Fond memories and wonderful people. We had some super neighbors and church friends!

Just got back from the office cafeteria, where they have CNN on 24/7. (Ugh!)
The clowns on CNN are pouncing on the alleged Trump/Putin connection non-stop. They were interviewing 1%-er (in the polls) Evan McMullin, who actually claimed that anonymous “friends” of his in the intelligence community are saying that Trump is being blackmailed by Putin.
