Greg Jarrets eyes were puffy. I suspect he was hung over. Maybe just an angry dry drunk

Agree with your observations on the impact on American workers. I had a similar experience putting a new roof on my house. The firm I selected was formed in 1945. To my surprise, the work crew was entirely from Mexico. I had to use my rusty Spanish from college to communicate. I found they all came from the same village in Mexico. They were not roofers by trade or training. When I asked the American supervisor why he didn't hire Americans, he said he couldn't compete with the other companies if he did.

I had a similar experience when had a more than $100K renovation of my house--new kitchen, bathrooms, electrical rehab, etc. The contractor sub-contracted for much of the work that was done by people from Central America. These used to be good paying jobs for Americans.

I have interviewed blacks who were displaced by immigrants legal and illegal. One black veteran said he was making more 20 years ago as a bricklayer/stonemason than he was now. He said he had a hard time communicating with the mostly Hispanic workforce. He felt like the odd man out because he couldn't speak Spanish.

Based on polling my grassroots immigration group has done, we found that blacks were even stronger than whites when it came to immigration and illegal aliens. They want reduced legal immigration and removal of the illegal aliens. The numbers favoring that were 88%.

“this coming Wednesday’s Commander-in-Chief forum hosted by Matt Lauer in New York.”

This a total trap being laid for Donald Trump.

It’s standard protocol: Anybody not slavishly enthusiastic about the favored candidate is subjected to Five Minutes Freephate.

I received it when I complained about W not defending himself or his supporters, also when I pointed out how much more experience Ronald Reagan had compared to Sarah Palin.

It’s not rational, it’s completely emotional, like a 10-year-old’s reaction when told he can’t have the latest toy: “I hate you I hate you I hate you!”

Since Stein attracts more voters from Hillary than say a Gary Johnson, most of the MSM choose not to have her on their programs or in their coverage. So kudos for Fox having her on

You can expect more coverage for Johnson and a push to get him on the debate stage to harm Trump. I think the current criterion is 15% in the polls. Maybe they will change it to 10%.

Since it’s a forum, they will front-load people with questions about Trump’s words about McCain, the Muslin Gold Stars, etc. You watch, they do it every time.

Isn’t Jarret a snarky little creep?!

Me thinks they let him come back after he signed the pledge to take out Trump.

He’s back on probation after he finished rehab.

Half a notion to keep contacting FOX and suggest a drug test before he comes on air

Did Jill Stein have to take sniper fire when she landed in the wrong city? I saw a few minutes of her on FNC and she seemed ..... disorganized, and provided an overall impression of being a bubblehead. Did she really get a medical degree?

Oh, yeah—I know now what you’re talking about. It is a huge issue.

With Carter, it was the Panama Canal, with Clinton it was military tech to the Chinese, and with Obama this could in fact be his lasting legacy if it isn’t stopped in short order.

The impact of all three is likely still to come for this country. The GOP Congress needs to be strategic and productive in September: block the Internet giveaway and pass enough of a continuing resolution to be able to avoid a lame duck session.

Those are the two big items and what they really need to focus on.

We are either a nation of laws or we are not.

Of Course we are a nation of LAWS, MORE AND MORE LAWS, SO many LAWS that any prosecutor / Judge can freely choose which law he would like to use to persecute the idiot in their grasp.

We need MORE LAWS because the ones on the books are not enough. MORE CLIMATE Control Laws, More, More, More I say.

We have people like Chief Pirate Roberts telling us OBAMACARE is A TAX - A new Law passed by the 16th Amendment to rob the States of rights.

The 17th Amendment - Direct election of Senators finished of the American experiment, and today we are enjoying re-election of the Dictatorship Class

It makes not difference if they are "Democrats" or "Republicans" - with very few exceptions

When I asked the American supervisor why he didn't hire Americans, he said he couldn't compete with the other companies if he did.

Everyone is chasing LOW COST. All professions are taking a hit not just blue color workers. Many people go to Mexico to get their Teeth fixed<> Many Engineering cos. outsource to Low Cost Centers around the world

Many IT / Software professionals face stiff competition from LOW cost centers

Simply the way of the world, some years back it was the Automobile, going back further it was the Steam Engine revolution

The USG should not be adopting policies that are hurting their own citizens. Bringing in huge numbers of foreign workers, legal and illegal, is not in our national interests.

After some thinking I’ve decided that my “stand” on illegal immigration is not quite written in stone.

For while I assert that my lawn guy Beelow should not be directly deported along with his American-born son....it’s really more I don’t THINK that’s going to happen.

Because if Beelow and his son and his entire family were to be summarily sent back to Ecuador as Trump says (which he does not, more on this later) you’ll not see me out on the street fighting to re-import Beelow, son and/or any of his family.

He had enough time to know what was going down, to know that sooner or later the hatchet would fall. Seems to me he could have gotten LEGAL citizenship, as could many of these illegals.

My point being you pick your battles and fighting for Beelow and any other illegal is not my battle. I do not think, however, that it’s going to happen that way.

There will be law-abiding and hard-working illegals who need desperate medical care and this will make good copy. There will be cutie pies like little Jaden who will lose much needed schooling.

I don’t know the cause and I’ve said often I don’t know the cure. But if I were to wake up a week after Trump’s election and discover that all the illegals, including Beelow, had been successfully deported, I’d be okay with that.

I just don’t think it’s going to happen.

And on that note, I watched Kelly, Trump’s new campaign manager on an interview somewhere today.

I will paraphrase her: “Once we build a wall so that nobody can just walk over the border, once we make E-verify a requirement, once we deport all criminals here illegally, once we determine who was born here and who not....well after all that we can sit back and look at our options.”

That’s pretty vague because she knows that no way, no how, are the Beelows and Jadens of the world going to be directly deported.

I still think MY way is how it will go down.
