The story of how Hillary's "personal" emails came to be deleted using, the now infamous, BleachBit is quite the tale. Below we attempt to piece together how the story unfolded per the recent FBI disclosures.
Here is a quick summary of the timeline of events:
February 2013 – Hillary resigns from State Department
Spring 2013 – Hillary aide Monica Hanley backs up Pagliano Server to Apple MacBook and a thumb drive

December 2014 – Hillary delivers 55,000 emails to State Department
December 2014 / January 2015 – Heather Samuelson and Cheryl Mills request emails be deleted from their computer using BleachBit
December 2014 / January 2015 – “Unknown Clinton staff member” instructs PRN to remove archives of Clinton emails from PRN server
March 2, 2015 - NYT releases an article showing that Hillary used a personal email server in violation of State Department rules
March 4, 2015 – Hillary receives subpoena from House Select Committee on Benghazi instructing her to preserve and deliver all emails from her personal servers
March 25, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has a conference call with “President Clinton’s Staff” March 25 – 31, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has “oh shit” moment and realizes he forgot to wipe Hillary’s email archive from the PRN server back in December…which he promptly does using BleachBit despite later admitting he "was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton's e-mail data on the PRN server."...

This story is barely worth talking about because nothing will ever come of it.
And the FBI has no problem letting her walk. Comey has singlehandedly destroyed the reputation of the FBI. Congrats Obama/Clintons, you transformed the USA into a Banana Republic.
The “I do not remember” defense along with the “no intent” excuse creates a mentality that stumbles through America’s institutions like a teenager with complete disregard. This is hardly presidential material. It is feminist affirmative action gone wild.
OK, so the general consensus it that Obozo will pardon HilLIARy for all her crimes past and future. We also know that Trump believes that Obozo in not qualified to serve as President in the first place.
As President, Trump will have some pretty good research people and be able to step over a lot of obstacles. So, if Trump can prove, by whatever means, that Obozo is a fraudulent poseur, those pardons, like all of Obozo’s other illegal acts, will be null and void. Now THAT is poetic justice.
Just an “accident” I’m sure. Like LL and how they could never find anything.

The current FBI director is run by the Clinton Crime Gang because..(we don’t know _yet_ but you can be sure it is juicy...).
Sounds like spoliation of evidence to me.
But then, I’m not a “reasonable” prosecutor—Just a tax-paying stiff who has to obey the law.
Congress should call Comey to testify under the threat of impeachment. He had a sterling reputation until now, but he deserves to have it destroyed.

It depends on what the meaning of “intent” is...LOL.
There is no rule of law. There is no law enforcement. Laws, enforcement, trials, don’t mean anything.
Hillary was not prosecuted for this, so laws are meaningless. There is a class in this country of the ruling elite. Everyone knows they are not to ever be prosecuted. Didn’t start with ted kennedy in Chappaquidick. Hillary, bammy and their cohorts have taken full advantage of this illegal privilege that they have usurped for themselves.
