The story of how Hillary's "personal" emails came to be deleted using, the now infamous, BleachBit is quite the tale. Below we attempt to piece together how the story unfolded per the recent FBI disclosures.

Here is a quick summary of the timeline of events:

February 2013 – Hillary resigns from State Department

Spring 2013 – Hillary aide Monica Hanley backs up Pagliano Server to Apple MacBook and a thumb drive

...

December 2014 – Hillary delivers 55,000 emails to State Department

December 2014 / January 2015 – Heather Samuelson and Cheryl Mills request emails be deleted from their computer using BleachBit

December 2014 / January 2015 – “Unknown Clinton staff member” instructs PRN to remove archives of Clinton emails from PRN server

March 2, 2015 - NYT releases an article showing that Hillary used a personal email server in violation of State Department rules

March 4, 2015 – Hillary receives subpoena from House Select Committee on Benghazi instructing her to preserve and deliver all emails from her personal servers

March 25, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has a conference call with “President Clinton’s Staff” March 25 – 31, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has “oh shit” moment and realizes he forgot to wipe Hillary’s email archive from the PRN server back in December…which he promptly does using BleachBit despite later admitting he "was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton's e-mail data on the PRN server."...

You can bet many of the emails were probably about pay for play access at a heavy price. She knew she’d do a whole lot less time in prison if she wiped the servers so they didn’t reveal how deep in she’d gone selling us out to our enemies.

search won’t work on a changed title!

Search works just fine if you just put the word "moment" and click Title. No need to put the whole title in to search (provided you aren't looking for "the" "a", etc.).

Select “match any word” and “order by relevance” and search will usually find it, even if a couple words have been changed or omitted.

Even in federal civil court, violating a non-destruct order from the court is a very serious matter, including the court’s ability to construe the deletion as an admission of the claims of the opposing party.

So, basically - if you did this, and the federal civil court wanted to sanction you, due to Hillary Clinton's precedent, you could construe the sanction as a tyrannical governmental assault on your life and property [unequal application of the laws], and take self-defensive measures.

This defense has already been tried:

On the left is the SPCP, steam plant control panel where the throttleman answered speed requests and monitored the secondary plant

In the center is the RPCP, the reactor plant control panel where the reactor operator monitored the primary plant and operated what he could.

On the far right is the EPCP, the electrical plant control panel. The Electrical Operator could shift the electrical plant around as required.

The Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) had the view as pictured and of course sat behind the EPCP operator. The EOOW directed watchstander actions as necessary.

There are many more pictures that have been posted on the internet by people who have served on Nuc Subs. This most recent one got caught and I believe he was sentenced to one year in prision.

Consider this MUCH more likely explanation:

Hillary would be going to jail but to get Obama's cooperation, Hillary agrees to do even better than Obama is doing on one of his prime missions.

So Obama makes two phone calls

1 Attorney General is told there will be no indictment

2 FBI Dir is told there will be no indictment

Hussein Obama, America's FIRST Muslim President, has worked hard to flood the US with Muslims. Hillary agreed to bring in FIVE TIMES more Muslims than Hussein has been able to do.

We now know what Hussein meant when he said he wanted to fundamentally change America. The Muslims can't win on the battle field but they can flood the country with Muslims which will eventually lead to Sharia Law throughout the west. Muslims are like that, they can lie to infidels to enslave them.

An almost identical panel from a similar submarine was in the Smithsonian on display a few years ago. Obviously, the older nuc submarine information shown in the picture was declassified and nobody cares anymore. But as I used to brief people leaving the command and in briefings that I gave to the ships company in meetings, NO PICTURES are allowed.......

Everyone who did it knew they were breaking the law but as I said, pictures were taken.

The point is, Hillary KNEW she was breaking the law but to get away with the pay for play Secretary of State scam, she and Bill Clinton had to hide the emails on her private server.

When the existence of her email server became public, the emails had to be deleted, it was the ONLY way to stay out of jail.

Unfortunately for Hillary, her emails WERE CLASSIFIED and DID CONTAIN SECRETS. As I have written, Hillary stayed out of jail not because she deleted the emails, not because she was just careless and didn't intentionally break the law, she stayed out of jail because Hussein Obama, America's FIRST Muslim President probably made some phone calls to protect her.

Hussein wants Hillary elected to keep his pro-Muslim invasion going along with his infiltration of key US posts with Muslims.

The sailor got ONE year, Hillary should have gone to jail for life. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature now understands that Hillary's actions were as corrupt as anything ever done in US history.

But here is the scary part to me: In recent conversations with die hard Demorats, they understand Hillary's corruption but they don't care. they are going to vote for her anyway. It only takes them seconds to bring up Bush and Cheney, and that's why they are going to vote for a felon who wasn't indicted. :-)
