Liberal secularists are attacking national Christian leader Tony Perkins for trying to make sense of the Louisiana floods from a biblical perspective, after Perkins and 80 percent of his Louisiana church members lost their homes to those floods.

Yeah, the Guardian has been gloating about this. It’s not unchristian or cruel to think that God punishes as well as rewards. It is cruel to gloat over the loss of someone’s home who has opinions one disagrees with.
The Leftists are upset that Mr. Perkins has laid out his faith in the God of the Bible, and not the god of government, Obama.
But the greenies can make sense of the flooding through global warming.
My understanding is that this guy claimed that God sends natural disasters in order to punish sinners. And this guy was wiped out by a flood of epic proportion. There is irony, here.
"He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous." - Matthew 5:45
Spot on! Man Made Global Warming, the new mortal sin for the Enviroweenie Cult.
“But the greenies can make sense of the flooding through global warming.”
Exactly.
You’re not allowed to question the authority or the teachings of the retarded leftists!!!
Thanks. Looks like this dude didn’t listen.
The Bible speaks about mockers extensively. For anyone interested:

The only irony is that there are some Christians running around who believe they are past sin. I am a Christian. I am saved. I am a sinner. I will probably sin until I breathe my last breath. To believe otherwise dismisses the work of Christ on the cross.
Problem is Perkins at the time used only one side of that scriptural equation. The Bible lays all kinds of traps like that.
So yes, it was irony. Or poetic justice.
God used the rainbow as a sign of the covenant with Noah and mankind following the flood. On the day gay marriage became law, Obama mocked God by displaying the gay pride rainbow colors on the porch of the People’s house in D.C.
GOD IS NOT MOCKED!
bump
Is Tony Perkins anti Trump??? The last time I heard him talk it seems he said he would not vote for Trump.....Off Topic, I know, but can someone verify this for me???
