Under certain guidelines, Trump should go ahead and debate Jill Stein. Jill will take votes from Hillary. It will get her free publicity and draw some of that Bernie or bust crowd.

Bill spends some time in Little Rock but Hillary never does.
He has a 4th floor of the Clinton Presidential Center that is a residence. (the public elevators only go to floor 3).
