I'll admit Churchill has been my go to several times. LOL England is a country of proud and strong people but I've had to reassure her and silently hope enough older Brits are still living there.

When my nephew was young he rarely told on me, but every once in a while he felt he needed to tell his mom if I lightly scolded him (I always had permission to do so and never did or needed to do to any great extent). I suspect her mom told her grandma was right :-)
Good chatting with you, too! There are so many great women and men on this thread, but, unfortunately, we’re scattered all over the country. It would be great to be able to get together and it is too bad we live so far away. I have a cousin that lives outside of Wichita and I keep wanting to go down to see her - maybe next summer. If I ever do, I’ll let you know. I collect Hallmark ornaments and have wanted to go to their annual meeting/show in KC. It’s normally in August so I’m sure it’s hotter than heck there then!

I don’t think you are a conspiracy theorist. If you are, then so am I. That’s a good way of putting it - she’s a “vessel” as I believe Obama is - both for orders/directions from Soros and his co-conspirators, such as globalists and New World Order types and I suspect are Muslims. It amazes (and distresses and saddens) me that she (and Bill and Huma and Mills, et al) has been able to get away with all she has - no other one would be (except perhaps the Obamas and a few others).

I’ll add that Everett is the tip of the primary I-5 corridor starting in Olympia that votes Dim; however, I used to work in Everett and I think many are not as Dim as Seattle and Everett. There is also a Naval base there.
It’s about 50 miles from me, but I’m going to look into it - I’d LOVE to see him in person. I’ll post the event info on the WA State board, too. I heard he might be coming to WA towards the end of Aug but that’s all I knew - wasn’t confirmed so wasn’t sure if it was just a rumor until now.

The area around Everett has a heavy union presence. While the union bosses will tell their people to vote for Hillary, I’m not at all sure that the rank-and-file will follow through. Their bosses told them to vote for Obama, and the union rank-and-file believe that they were burned on that one.
Back down in the sewer might take some time responding at times.

I think you’re absolutely correct. Fingers crossed that there will be a good, energetic attendance for Trump and a big vote for him in Nov from the Everett area. I don’t mean to sound like a pessimist, but after suffering through Rossi’s loss and Fraudoire and Murray and Cantwell’s wins, it’s tough to get a Pubbie elected in this state. We know that eastern WA will go for Trump and I hope some of the people in the Everett, Fife, Milton, Tacoma and Joint Base Lewis-McChord wise up and vote Trump. If he’s coming here, he’s showing he cares about us and perhaps some close internal polls. Also, given the big Boeing plant in Everett, he can discuss how China wants Boeing to build the plant there in order to sell planes to them.
Is there a chocolatier nearby that ILLary can pander to. She has confused chocolate with her base chocolate people.
WOWSA! I like Gov LePage from what I know of him. Not sure what prompted this, but good on him and Mr. T pushing back on these jerks playing the race card (standard protocol for every election: Dim plays race card, Pubs slink back to their corner saying nothing).
