Everett is 30 miles north of Seattle, the county seat of Snohomish County, and the home of the huge Boeing plant. Trump will be landing at Paine Field, which is the airport for Boeing's plant.

Publius - I was just going to post what you did.

I’ll add that Everett is the tip of the primary I-5 corridor starting in Olympia that votes Dim; however, I used to work in Everett and I think many are not as Dim as Seattle and Everett. There is also a Naval base there.

It’s about 50 miles from me, but I’m going to look into it - I’d LOVE to see him in person. I’ll post the event info on the WA State board, too. I heard he might be coming to WA towards the end of Aug but that’s all I knew - wasn’t confirmed so wasn’t sure if it was just a rumor until now.
