Reading the article, this looks like one of those theoretical approach things. Not every John Q. Urologist is an addadictome doc anyhow and he isn’t being pressed into doing that.
The result, ironically, looks like neurotic quailing over things that haven’t become actual issues.
My memory fails - I’m sure Mengele tried to turn little girls into little boys and vice versa?
