Compulsion to contract is illegal, it always has been, and for good reason: it’s slavery. Slaves do what they’re told. PPACA makes us all slaves of the government.
REVOLT. Don’t pretend that PPACA is law, it’s been mutilated by attorney John “It’s a tax” Roberts and is not anything passed by Congress but a toxic stew with all manner of garbage added in. It’s been a lie from day one, a lie spawned by scheming Chicago communists.
Civil rights laws that applied to private transactions, as high minded as they were, were a red carpet leading to this kind of thing. Where do you find a place to put a barrier?
Commercial reputation would have achieved virtually all this without engendering underhandedness.
