More than likely they're either already planning this transfer or it's already a done deal.... Either way this is the Clinton Machinery Operating so they certainly have a backup in case they get caught. They've spent 30 years covering their tracks and bucking any who stood in their way....and sometimes they simply just stall and wait...they know people forget soon enough.

Hillary is indeed the embodiment of a National Security State...never loose sight of that....she doesn't have to DO anything, and she doesn't...she simply IS.
