"The only way to eliminate the odor surrounding the foundation is to wind it down and put it in mothballs, starting today, and transfer its important charitable work to another large American charity such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation," the paper's editorial board wrote.---------------------------The odor is from Hillary and Bill's rotten dealings and dead bodies...

Democrats hope the controversy comes too late to make a difference in the election, in which most national public opinion polls show Clinton ahead.-------------Don't bet on it!!!!

They won’t because it would be an admission of guilt and Sociopaths don’t admit guilt.

The corruption has already taken place.
This is similar to an embezzler leaving his employer after he’s already emptied the accounts.

In other words, that will be the official signal to cease all talk about the corruption practiced by hillary with her foundation, and to give her a free pass.

The foundation is not the problem. The Clintons are the problem. Calling to close the foundation is admission that they take bribes while doing nothing to stop future bribes. If this foundation is closed they’ll use another path.
To: mandaladon
should shut down despite its good work Good work? What good work? Maybe 1% of its income goes to killing babies and aiding terrorists?

It was also true of Enron.
If they’d just closed down, then none of their past crimes would have mattered.

It’s interesting that we’re seeing these calls to shut down the Clinton Foundation coming from liberal media outlets. They must know that the revelations about the obvious pay-to-play arrangements are having a devastating impact on Clinton’s credibility as a candidate.

But James “Snake Head” Car-vile screams that millions of people will die if they don’t get that dime’s worth of help out of the tax-free dollars the Clinton Foundation & Money Laundering Fund receives from foreign despots. No doubt the Democrat media has heart wrenching stories at the ready to beat Republicans with.

Honestly. How stupid do they think I am?
They change the name, get new letterhead. The money is still there, and new money will still be coming in.
And this whole thing is beyond absurd anyway. Does anyone doubt that George Shultz or Henry Kissinger would have been accused of selling their office for personal profit if they had done even once what Hillary did every day for years.
Everyone in DC and the MSM would be screaming it, and calling for them to resign immediately, and for a special prosecutor.
