She can lock the darned bedroom door but cannot keep classified memos in a safe place????
She locks the bedroom door where she and Hillary are staying, but leaves the bedroom door to her personal room unlocked with top secret stuff on the bed
What does that tell you

I don’t read this as a burn bag. I read this as using “burn” to avoid saying “classified”. The materials were probably multiple Secret or Top Secret documents, several inches thick, as I read the phrase “a bunch of”. In other words, Hillary’s girlfriend took stuff out of the secure facility without permission or safeguards, and she wanted someone else to cover for her.
This is disgusting. People who do this so casually need several years of fresh air and exercise . . . at Fort Leavenworth.
Being mobile creates a burn bag outside of the office when things are printed off the private server.

As a general question for everyone, in this day and age, when anyone with a cell phone can take pictures of documents very easily, why do we think any documents are secure if we can’t trust the people who have access to them? Stealing/removing the documents doesn’t seem necessary. The only reason I can see for someone to need to steal documents, is to remove evidence from the record so no one else sees it.

I think that was in a text or a call between Huma and a staffer. He was looking for the docs and she said something like, “They’re on the bed in the hotel. Just go get them; the door is unlocked.”

Last time I had access to classified material our secure terminal was inside a walk-in safe that could seat 6 people. No phones allowed. No printer attached. You signed in and out from tge vault.
That of course was for we peons.

Either Hillary’s personal assistant has keys to Abedin’s car or Abedin “unintentionally” left classified docs on the front seat of an unlocked car.
That made it a convenient drop off point for her fellow Muzzie spies to pick up the information with photos.
