You could print out all the copies of everything you wanted and just walk out the door each night if you wanted to. In this case....she carried the shred bag to the car and just left it there. Unless she was going to show someone the documents at some lunch-time meeting....like some Foundation player who paid to see what the CIA is saying about such-and-such....that’s about the only logical reason I see the need to take the bag out of the building like this.

I worked in graphics at an investment bank.
I worker was found to be bringing home a number of pages from a document concerning a future merger.
She said it was because she wanted to recreate the graphics features on her own time at home.
She was fired and my manager didn’t deny that there were charges being brought against her.

What this means is that she completely disregarded the rules for handling ‘burn’ (classified) material. Worse than that it speaks of a total disregard for security procedures and it bolster the argument that the Clinton State Department regime had an air of carelessness about classified material.
This same environment explains how Special Access and Top Secret information (with markings removed) ended up in the dozens of examples of the thousands of emails she (Clinton and her cabal) hid.
Of course you needed to attended the training to know what was in the regulations.

The method is easy, simply leave classified information unsecured and allow interested third parties to review it.
In the case of mishandled burn bags, if the information in the bag disappears, who will know it did not get burned if it is stolen and certainly all finger prints will be destroyed if destroyed so there is no proof of third parties sifting through it before destruction
For example, Huma’s habit of leaving secret briefing books lying on the bed of her unlocked hotel room (how can that happen) while out of the building in meetings
It is a testimony to the strength of the United States that even with so many enemy agents within the republic is still standing, sort of.
