Funny, when I first saw the picture, I thought Tammy Wynette (circa 1970's), and not Dolly Parton. What Dolly Parton costume doesn't come with an enhanced upper measurement? Given Bill's infidelity allegations, I have no doubt, Hillary donned a Wynette costume to lip-sync "Stand By Your Man" as a joke.
