New York Slimes: How can America recover from Donald Trump? (I love the smell of desperation in the

Donald Trump is heading to November like a certain zeppelin heading to New Jersey, in a darkening sky that crackles with electricity. He is fighting crosswinds and trying new tacks — hiring the head of Breitbart News to run his campaign, trying on a new emotion (regret) in a speech on Thursday night, promising to talk more this week about immigration, his prime subject. There’s still no telling what will happen when the gasbag reaches the mooring.

It could be that the polls are right, and Mr. Trump will go down in flames. But while that will solve an immediate problem, a larger one will remain. The message of hatred and paranoia that is inciting millions of voters will outlast the messenger. The toxic effects of Trumpism will have to be addressed

“Even if you hate Trump, the fact that the New York Slimes hates him more should be an endorsement of the highest order.”

It’s going to be fun to see the ‘sploding heads when he wins. =:-D

LOL. My Civics teacher said the only thing good about the NYT was the book review section, but that didn’t warrant the cost of the paper. He was a good old country boy, the salt of the earth.

Timothy Egan, probably.

One of his latest:

Timothy wants a participation medal for watching American Olympic athletes on television.

The problem is that Hillary’s campaign more closely resembles the Hindenburg.

The hubris, the self-assuredness, the fact that all of “the best people” are with Her, and the avarice that motivates the entire enterprise, which will be its downfall.

Too bad J-school doesn’t teach about dead white European males anymore, or they would have been able to recall their Samuel Johnson:

“I would say to Robertson what an old tutor of a college said to one of his pupils:’Read over your compositions, and where ever you meet with a passage which you think is particularly fine, strike it out.’”
Boswell: Life of Johnson

...and they would have spared us many witless editorials.

Democrats don’t care about ‘tax revenue’ they’re deadbeats... i

When Democrats need money for some stupid plan like ObamaCare they steal it from legitimate programs or just ‘borrow it’. Obama’s added more to the National Debt than any other President in the history of the country. By far.

She might explode and be the one to go down in flames. Wishful thinking? Perhaps.

America with thrive under Trump. Those commie pansies, not so much.

The left will come unglued once Trump is elected. The riots, looting and mayhem will reach levels not seen since the 1860s conflict. It will continue only if we allow it.

Recall the Gathering of Eagles shut down the international ANSWER marches. More will be required to squelch them this time.

The next several years are going to be interesting indeed. This election is truly a turning point.

My 2 cents.

The NYT editorial board should make the promise that if Trump wins the election they will commit group suicide. Secondly, the once valued paper, now just a repulsive rag, should shutter it’s doors.

The Times dumps on Trump here because if Hillary Is elected there will be no post-Obama cleanup. Things will stay as they are and will fester into one gigantic Hickey that if popped would spread goo over all of North America and most of the world.

The cleanup of the foul mess made of our nation under the phony president will take a decade or so to tidy up.

The NYT is losing whatever conservative reader base is left.

The metaphors are amusing, but they actually apply to the NYTimes and the MSM. Oh, the irony of it all.
