Hillary Clinton is very important, and she can’t be bogged down by pesky things such as boats or waiting.
The presidential candidate, who is endlessly trying to tell factory workers in Ohio and Pennsylvania that she’s one of them, jetted approximately 20 miles from Martha’s Vineyard — where she was last night partying with President Obama — to Nantucket for a fundraiser on Saturday.
Fox News aired footage of her stepping off her plane in the latter.

Last night, she celebrated Bill Clinton’s 70th birthday on Martha’s Vineyard.

She was just keeping pilots and crew working. /sarc
Not saying she will either, just that the most that can be drawn is "no rally next week," and even that is iffy.
That said, I am all in on putting pressure on her to make appearances. Her failure to appear is a sign of low stamina.

I’m sure by “any other method” you mean a caravan of cops, Secret Service, a gang of aides and probably a tank.
If we in America can lose this delusion that our public officials are somehow royalty, you stuff the old bag in an SUV (with a bodyguard, if you must) and drive her 20 freaking miles.
Nobody’s going to know that’s Hillary Clinton rolling past them on the highway. And if they did, there’s an even chance they wouldn’t care.

Could they be hiding a health issue? She has disappeared for almost a week.

Assuming you know that they're both islands (it's OK if you don't,many people have never heard of one,or both,of them) it simply could be that the Secret Service's basic policy is "planes are safer than boats".
Not to worry. They’ll be playing around in the Hot Place in a few months.
