Hillary Clinton 38%

Donald Trump 36%

The difference is within the margin of error. That means they are runnin neck-and-neck.

Trump voters need to make sure to get out and actually vote in the general election and elect Trump.

Obama cannot control a prosecutor from an individual state though. Hillary is a resident of New York and ergo she is open to prosecution from a state attorney. Trust me: She is f**ked. Trump isn’t stupid, he knows the Feds are corrupt, so he got the Elliot Ness of the modern era: Preet Bharara involved. I absolutely guarantee you 100% an indictment will be handed down in the coming month and she knows this which is why she is freakin out. She will be carted away and Trump will win the election, and I cannot wait because I know he will F up the lives of every last treasonous piece of rat vomit in Congress who supported this B*TCH. He said last year his #1 priority was to bring corrupt politicians to justice. That’s why so many in Washington are against him

As I keep saying if you are not up to the fight get out of the way for those who are. This is no place for you.

Yup. Zogby’s by two doesn’t mean shineola to me. When he predicted Clinton by only 8.5% when everyone else had a big lead for Clinton, I bought he was a god. Then we all learned he managed to get access to exit polls and his numbers didn’t impress any longer. That awkward d predicting Gore would win the popular vote in 200 p0 were his last hurrah.

Good point! “Dewey Defeats Truman!” Famous photo of Truman holding up that newspaper before the cameras after winning the election.

If the globalists hate Trump so much and they believe he will lose, why ask him to quit? Why wouldn’t Trump’s detractors want to see him humiliated? After all, they don’t see Hillary as a problem.

“Online polls are popularity contests that the most excited people answer.”

No, there are website polls which are as you describe, and then there are scientific polls which are administered online rather than by phone interviews. Zogby, Reuters/Ipsos, and LA Times/USC are all examples of this.

I thought everyone here hated John Zogby?

As usual with FR, if what is being said is liked by the masses, they are the favorite pollster of the day. If not, it's time to demonize!!

FR flaps in the direction of the wind just like any other internet forum.

If you are not confident then you should not be in the game. Make room for those who are confident and simple step aside.

So someone speaks their mind and says something you don't want to hear (either through emotional immaturity or intellectual dishonesty) and you tell them to step aside? Way to prove the stereotypes right and ironically, act like a Killary supporter.

Good going.

I understand your concern, but you, among many, many others, have PTSD based upon what the media has been able to do in too many past elections. This is a different time and a different place in history, and much of the logic that was valid before is not valid now.

There is an essential lifetime between now and November (in the political context), and this is not the time to be pessimistic.

“There are no undecided. Everyone knows whom they will vote for. It is already decided.”

You may be right, and if so this does not bode well for Hillary. In our politically correct society, declaring you are voting for her would put you in good graces with the elitist hierarchy. Therefore, there is no reason not to declare you are for her, if you are. On the other hand, declaring that you are voting for Trump can lead to a lot of backlash, so there is a reason to keep this to yourself. The bottom line is that the undeclared voters will most likely break for Trump in high percentages.

...” Clinton can’t stand up for longer than 10 minutes at a time”....

If that’s the time frame she has to work in, for real, then she’ll come up with some reason for not doing debates.

I totally agree.

Trump has a very different approach than Hillary. He has products to sell to the voter. The voter is the customer. The products are ideas he wants to implement. To sell something to someone means you have to satisfy needs and hopefully get repeat business. Right now Trump is refining what he is selling.

Hillary on the other hand has nothing to sell. Her approach is lying, deceit, force and violence.

The majority of voters will go for the sales pitch not for the threats.

Tired of being whipsawed are we?

Try one of these; it might help:

I didn’t give any of those states to Clinton. I gave her MI though. And the one pice of Maine. With every other state that RCP lists as battleground, Hillary still wins. They gave her PA, which I guess could be contested.

I am not pessimistic. I just want to see all the FReepers who are sure he will win, play with the RCP map and create Trump’s most likely winning scenario. I came up with one. He would have to take PA and FL for it, and all the other battleground states, but loses MI.

Personally, I think it is entirely possible that some blue states won’t remain blue.

I’d like to think that too, but there is as yet no evidence that these blue states will go red. If the polls were all showing Trump ahead by 5, I feel every freeper would believe them. Now, I feel that you are mocked here if you dare wonder if perhaps all the Hillary leading polls might be onto something.

I felt that before Obama won again, FR was an echo chamber where we thought we could beat Obama. We were sure Romney (hey, he was all we had) would win. We were wrong.

I’m not negative; I just know that the media have huge effects on the LIV.

Yawn. If you are not going to look at the down side of the situation in any fight, you will be slaughtered, up to it or not. One favorable poll, and you’re fooling yourself. I’m waiting for the debates and continuous stumping to make an impact, but in the interim, Trump is not ahead just because of one poll, when the other polls show Hillary ahead.
