The only way the City Fathers and City Muthas of Chicago will get serious about the murder rate is if the BLM crowd goes downtown and shoots up City Hall during a City Council meeting.
As long as the people being murdered are largely in the slums, the Dead Fish Emanuel and Company Semi-Organized Crime Syndicate will continue to ignore the problem.

IMO, living in America is going become more and more dangerous. Until the number of good guys carrying weapons far out numbers the number of bad guys carrying, it will get worse.
