1st CD, Republican: Incumbent Paul Ryan, of Janesville, and Paul Nehlen, of Williams Bay.
I absolutely have nothing on this election, so I thought I'd start a thread, and we can add to it as information comes in. Some polls have Ryan way ahead, and a few find it less certain. On the other hand, wasn't this the climate before the Cantor election? He was sitting fat dumb and happy with a big lead in the polls?
If I were a betting man, I'd have to put my money on Ryan and by all counts, he's a very popular guy up there, but then again, so is Obama.
All I know is CSpan has a live photo of a podium with Paul Ryan’s name on it?
I would like to think it’s for his concession speech.......

Well, that’s true. Ryan honestly tried to cut vet pay while stuffing the pockets of illegals and welfare queens. How principled and conservative of him.
True Ryan has a wealthy upper middle class area. His district also includes Racine/Kenosha. Areas both hurting due to job loss.
I don’t think Nehlen will win. I thought it would be a lot closer but it doesn’t look that way. Was hoping even if Ryan won, he would walk away weaker.
You have all lost sight of what is important. No true conservative could donate to a democrat, especially those running today. That confirms what I said before. This site has been invaded by a bunch if liberals.
