No, the problem is intolerance *by* muslims.
If you aren’t muslim, if you stop being muslim, if you aren’t muslim enough, if you are muslim but you are the wrong color, if you are muslim but you are female, if you are non-muslim but you are female, if you are the wrong kind of muslim, if you are muslim but you are nice to non-muslims, you have a big problem because muslims are famously intolerant.
And if you are intolerant of their intolerance, but howdy do you have a problem.
