40 percent federally. Add the state estate tax, which in California exceeds 10 percent, or 50 percent.

You are a troll, here to shill for a government tax that raises very little revenue but is used to keep individual families from accumulating so much that they might actually be able to maintain wealth for many generations. That is not good for making sure there are enough peasants to follow orders.

Do you know why there was no estate tax in 2010 but it came back in full in 2011? You seem like a child with no sense of how things got to the way they are.

Sure, make it even easier for parents to dump off their kids at the kennel while they go chase the Almighty Dolla-- er, I mean, "try and make ends meet" (a.k.a. live beyond their means, "for our children's sake").

Rather, get rid of ALL deductions, put tax accountants out of work with a flat tax. Dump the tax code and remove the millstone from our necks.

Better yet, get rid of the income tax altogether and go to a consumption tax. Yeah, that'll never happen simply because too many of us are too dependent on Uncle Sugar.

Go back to your dark cave or re-read and try and comprehend what I've said.

It's not that we don't understand.

It's just that we know socialist crap when we see it.

Where exactly do you find “economic fairness” in the Constitution?

You’re right! It’s not there at all. Ensuring “economic fairness” is not a specifically enumerated power of the Federal government.

You get a cookie.

You are an idiot. I fully comprehend what you are saying.

The person who earned the money should have the right to decide how it is distributed when he dies.

Thus, it looks like you support double taxation (remember the earned money has already been taxed), and that you are willing to give all your hard earned money to a government that currently spends it on things like abortion and ransom for hostages.

Like I said, you belong on a socialist forum.
