The “goys” alone are in just a sad a shape as Hebrews would be with no reference to God. It seems that Trump is making room for the ascent of Christian ideals in his plan, whether explicitly or implicitly; and doing this is going to have far more of an effect to the good than whether he is personally much of a worshiper.
