Thursday on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Report", Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said she did not believe Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump when he said his comments urging Russia to hack into Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's email were "sarcastic" and she believed he violated the Logan Act and should be "investigated for that".

One. Hillary does not hold public office. Two, Trump does not hold public office. 3. Trump is not interfering with the position of the United States.
HOWEVER. IF she really wants to pursue this than she is admitting HILLARY is attempting to influence the negotiations. AND does she really want to go there with the unauthorized lobbying she and her husband do every time they leave US soil?

Trump should continue to pound the content of the DNC emails and the economy and wait to get Hillary on the debate stage and let her bring up her expertise in foreign policy and then lower the boom. Mrs. Clinton with 30k of your emails possibly out there and due to your reckless behavior towards national security in the possession of enemy foreign powers you are a potential candidate for black mail and unfit to be president.
